My dresses were both done before the expected date which was also super awesome! The staff here are so nice and helpful. They explain everything regarding any alteration you may be getting, and make sure that their work is accurate before proceeding further. If you have any questions regarding an alteration you are getting done, they are very knowledgeable and always give you other options based on your alteration needs. I will definitely go here for future alterations. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is fantastic! Just a note though, it's cash or check for payment, and if you are going to pay with a check, make sure you have two forms of ID!

Stephen was late in getting the valances done and asked for another day because he was having "an issue" and had to "fix it". We were disappointed when we picked them up. He offered no refunds and said we asked for crooked curtains with staples and said we AGREED TO PAY EVEN IF THEY DIDN'T TURN OUT. Who would agree to that? Nobody!
