Okay service, but make sure you ask questions and know exactly what you're getting into…read more I was skeptical and I had two referrals that were frugal consumers and very happy with what he offered. Okay away I went with my blind trust - We had a "gentleman's agreement" to begin with (no contract - just a payment). Total transparency::::Perhaps if my circumstances didn't change midway (I got offered a car midway through our chats and was just looking to sell my much newer car vs at the beginning of the 'agreement' I was going to buy AND sell through him). Also my encounter with him was at the beginning of the COVID pandemic (mid-March) which didn't help timing / the offers by the dealers. Overall "customer service" was ok, but because of the change of circumstances midway and COVID beginning from the dealers - resulted in a 'tough shit' from him (he compared it to a lawyer - even if you don't win you still pay) Fine but I didn't even use any of the resources / offers he found - and I was out hundred of dollars with no real return (I didn't even use any of the dealers he got a quote at to sell the car). In hindsight I wish I would have asked more questions or there would have been a partial payment to get quoted in the cars and then the final payment once the transaction occurred. Overall - ask questions and know what happens in all possible scenarios.

He did not "do all the…read moretalking for me" or even most of it, chiming in only occasionally when the sales person was not present. Because my trade-in was not worth much, there was no negotiating the price of the car. This would have been admissible had he helped with the interest rate (mostly silent) or performed a better inspection. His inspection of the vehicle was not thorough because he missed a deep chip in the paint in a visible location. If you're looking for a mechanic to give you a detailed history of the vehicle, look elsewhere. Bob took a brief look under the hood, but did not use any diagnostic tools. Bob's services may be worth it for you if you are not confident about finding a good deal or negotiating your trade-in. Not if you want a thorough history or inspection of the vehicle.

THEY ask for reviews immediately after purchase so they can stack positive reviews before customers…read morediscover the real condition of the vehicles. One of the worst and most stressful experiences I've ever had with a dealership. Please be careful and seriously consider getting an independent inspection before buying from here. I purchased a 2011 Buick Regal from them and almost immediately the vehicle started having major mechanical problems. The car jerked violently at stop lights, stalled while driving, shook aggressively at idle, hesitated badly while accelerating, lost engine power, and developed loud rattling/ticking noises from the engine bay. At one point the dashboard displayed "Engine Power Reduced," and the car became so unreliable I was genuinely afraid of getting stranded. I tried to work with the dealership professionally and gave them multiple chances to make things right. They admitted there were timing-related engine issues and performed repairs, yet the same symptoms returned almost immediately after getting the vehicle back. The car continued shutting off, jerking hard enough to shake the entire vehicle, and driving unpredictably. What made the situation worse was the attitude and communication throughout the process. Instead of showing concern after selling a vehicle with serious issues, the responses became cold, dismissive, and argumentative. There was never a real apology for the stress, wasted time, and inconvenience this caused. After all of this, they simply canceled the sale and left me without a vehicle. No replacement options, no help with transportation, and no willingness to stand behind the vehicle long-term despite the issues appearing almost immediately after purchase. I understand older used cars can have issues, but this was far beyond normal wear and tear. I strongly encourage anyone considering buying from here to get a FULL independent inspection before signing anything.

I want to start by acknowledging that many people who come to dealerships like this are doing so…read morebecause of credit, income, or other circumstances that limit their options. I understand that reality. What I don't understand is predatory pricing and the complete lack of professionalism shown here. Paying $7k over market value is predatory, full stop. There is absolutely no room for negotiation with this business, and they make that clear from the start. That said, the mistreatment of customers is what really pushed this experience over the edge. The two women at the front desks are polite and professional, and I appreciate that. However, the so‑called manager who sits in the back is another story entirely. Her aggressive, rude, and hostile attitude came out immediately when I asked a simple, valid question about a discrepancy in the paperwork. It didn't end there. When the vehicle was brought back for a part replacement--a critical component that wasn't functioning at the time of sale--her communication continued to be condescending and unnecessarily cold. I understand they have other customers, but when you have eight hours to complete a thirty‑minute job and a customer politely asks for the car to be ready at a reasonable time, responding with attitude is unacceptable. This kind of behavior sends the wrong message about how this business values the people keeping it afloat. Perhaps Jacob T. Chial (owner) should take a closer look at the individuals he chooses to represent his company.

Then he started tailgating me and was literally about a foot from my rear bumper, the traffic in front of me slowed down and I got rear-ended. I got out of my vehicle to talk to the driver and he told me I slammed on my brakes on purpose. Then while the car waited for the cop to arrive he started scrambling. He didn't even have his tow hooks properly secured he started hooking up his tow hooks properly because that could have caused damage to some other vehicle, or even worse if someone was on the motorcycle they could have gotten hit by these big hooks. He had a female with him. We parked on the shoulder I walked up to the tow truck to take a picture of the company name and the female started yelling at me to get into my car. Then she told the state trooper how I grabbed the door handle I was trying to get into the tow truck which is a complete lie. I don't understand if you are an operator of a tow truck why you wouldn't keep your distance from other vehicles and you would tailgate so close. The company is MN towing.com out of Corcoran which had a second name of MN Home Solutions Incorporated

Bought a car from them that was in "perfect" condition according to them and drove it home with issue after issue by the next day. They claimed accident free (since it wasn't listed on carfax) but in reality it was in an accident and they won't do a thing to fix it. Ahmed is a shady business man that only wants your money no matter the lies he has to tell. (Check BBB on how one ex-employee says they "fix cars" that they have sold.) This car needs at least $3,500 in repairs and when letting him know one final time to handle it or we will be taking the next step to get this taken care of, he proceeds to tell us...we didn't buy the car from his company we bought it from Motors 88 Inc. So on top of the shady sale, he misrepresented who we bought the car from. We will be taking every action possible to shut him down. Starting with the attorney general, the BBB, every review site possible, and making contact with an associate who is a news reporter. Ahmed you seriously tried screwing with the wrong people. How about you run an honest business instead of a business that takes advantage of people! Biggest CROOK ever!!

The cheapest starter I could find in the area was Johns Auto Parts (which is pretty good usually) at $65 with no warranty at all. Also, I just recently bought two used tires in really good condition for used at $60! This is the best salvage yard I have ever been to. From now on I'm checking here first for used car parts, before anywhere else. It's right next to the U-Pull-R parts off of HWY 65; the buildings are acually connected, but AAA pulls the parts for you and the prices are not much more and come with a warranty.

So I took to the interwebs in search for what I needed. Off the bat, this place impressed me simply by having an organized online inventory and ability to search for what you need without having to call and feel like you're bugging someone. Once I found the piece I needed, I was able to view detailed information about the part and see a number of photos of both the entire car and the specific part I sought. I ordered it on Monday the 9th. * Shipping is free in the States, which is brilliant. * The charge cleared my account immediately, awesome. * The item was removed from their website as available ASAP, very reassuring. * Today, Thursday the 12th, it was on my doorstep. * Packed for maximum protection, and in the exact shape as was advertised. Needless to say, I'm very happy with AAA and would look for more things from them in the future as needed. Because I'm so OCD, the only thing I'd appreciate is receiving an email stating that the them was shipped, and perhaps some tracking info for peace of mind. Thanks AAA!
