I went here to get a quote, told me a bunch of random things that also need to be fixed such as my headlight, tire, etc. Which nothing is wrong with my headlight and same with my tire. And then he told me my car can be considered totaled because the amount of damage is higher than the value. First off, be for real not him thinking I would fall for it. Second of all, I know he overpriced just because I'm an 18-year-old girl who doesn't really know much about cars. All I'm saying is if you are a younger girl, like me, or just don't know much about cars, DO NOT waste your time coming because you will be fooled. Do not be fooled by all these 5 stars. Then he started tailgating me and was literally about a foot from my rear bumper, the traffic in front of me slowed down and I got rear-ended. I got out of my vehicle to talk to the driver and he told me I slammed on my brakes on purpose. Then while the car waited for the cop to arrive he started scrambling. He didn't even have his tow hooks properly secured he started hooking up his tow hooks properly because that could have caused damage to some other vehicle, or even worse if someone was on the motorcycle they could have gotten hit by these big hooks. He had a female with him. We parked on the shoulder I walked up to the tow truck to take a picture of the company name and the female started yelling at me to get into my car. Then she told the state trooper how I grabbed the door handle I was trying to get into the tow truck which is a complete lie. I don't understand if you are an operator of a tow truck why you wouldn't keep your distance from other vehicles and you would tailgate so close. The company is MN towing.com out of Corcoran which had a second name of MN Home Solutions Incorporated

And that dreaded day came and they were on the list of the insurance. They were very responsive and they told me went to bring my car and they worked on it within the timeframe they set up. It happened I was overseas when they were done and they were nice enough to accommodate me and keep the car there for a week or so till I come back. It was repaired so well even my colleagues at work could not tell it was repaired. The paint quality and the finishing was perfect. They even cleaned it from the inside better than I do myself which was not expected but highly appreciate it. It's not a surprise they have five stars reviews and they are on the list of state farm insurance.

I don't know how this is acceptable in any industry. This is not on the insurance company okaying the payment. They deposited the amount into my account on Jan 12. He routinely sells outright junk, falsifies repair invoices, and installs used parts from junkyards, charging full price for them as if they were brand-new components. His rates are exorbitant for sub-par work. We purchased a vehicle here that immediately began falling apart. When we returned it for repair under his supposed "guarantee," the mechanics caused catastrophic damage -completely destroying the transmission and leaving the vehicle undrivable. The mechanics here are entirely unqualified and low-skilled. When we rightfully refused to pay for the damage his shop caused, the owner began sending threats to place a lien on our car. We ultimately had to take it to a competent shop. Crucial Warning for Women: Beyond the predatory business practices, the owner's behavior is deeply alarming. He quietly records videos of female customers and uses personal intake information to screen and profile women.
