The staff on the phone were helpful to give me a rough quote of a re-manufacturer starter motor repair + towing the day before. I was notified that my serpentine belt also needed to be replaced - which it really did. Lots of cracks. I was given two prices: one price if I paid in cash or check. The other was a surcharge if I choose to pay in a card. It was same day repair - they towed it at 9am. They called at 10am to give a final quote / needed repair. By 1pm, I was told it was ready for pickup! Their lot is small so my car was waiting for me out on the road. Semi-high traffic area. Overall, I would use these guys again for auto repairs.

They notified residents that cars needed to be moved by 8am for snow removal. As a single mom with a 7 month-old, getting out the door on time is not easy, but I made it out right at 8am only to find my car already hooked up and being towed. They took my vehicle BEFORE the stated deadline. Even if it was 7:59am, I was there and ready to move it. There was absolutely no reason to tow. If they're going to be sticklers for the time, my car should have been left until 8:01am when that would have been considered late. Not a minute sooner. It gets worse. The driver was incredibly rude and aggressive. He refused to let my car go unless I paid him $100 in cash only. I wouldn't be surprised if he pocketed the money for himself. He yelled at me, called me lazy, and acted like I was somehow in the wrong for following the timing I was given. Completely unacceptable behavior. Looking at other reviews about this business, it seems like this kind of behavior is normal. This company operates with zero regard for fairness, timing, or basic human decency. They are predatory, unethical, and disrespectful. If your property contracts with them, be aware. They do not care about residents, circumstances, or even the rules they're supposed to follow. If I owned an apartment complex, I wouldn't want to be in business with these people who represent me and my reputation because they'd make me look absolutely terrible.
