Luke from Yeller Towing was beyond patient and helpful in trying to and finally locating the car after two attempts. Luke stayed in touch the entire time and was absolutely amazing in helping us. After 40 years of being in the area, he knew the roads well and his guy found the car and towed it in same day within a short period of time! His pricing was upfront and HONEST! Beyond that it was affordable (almost unheard of) Everyone else that I called gave me quotes that were astronomical and d$#@ near asked for blood, first born and my tax refund. All I asked for was a tow but luckily the driver had time to spare so he offered to swap out my recently deceased battery for a new one. I don't know if they normally do that or if it was just a slow day for them. But either way, I appreciated it. It saved me all the hassle (and time) of being towed to another body shop (not Peterson's) approved by my tow program, and coordinate the rental car since I was on a tight travel deadline for work and needed to be 200 miles north of my dead car by the end of the day. (And then having the rental car people pick me up, take me back 15 miles to their shop, and get all set up with a car. All that jazz.) Instead, they swapped out my battery for me and had me back on the road, with my own car and the money that I would have spent on a rental car, within about an hour. And every single person involved with Peterson's that I interacted with was very friendly, helpful, and were really concerned about making sure I was back on the road ASAP. Big thanks to these guys. Should have been brought where I wanted instead of trying to charge me for 2 tows. Also-130 for a 10 minute simple tow. Had to take this tow as my car was blocking the lane and weather was dangerous and he was there before the one I called. Paid 330 total that day!

When I tried picking up my car I was told they were closed- which is frustrating considering on their website it say's they are open, M-F 8am-5pm. No one communicated with me regarding the change of hours and days. I live almost an hr away, and If I hadn't called beforehand to let them know I was picking up my vehicle, -I would have driven out of my way. Its just very frustrating considering I was without a car for a week because of lack of communication. No one made any effort to help resolve this issue.
