This towing company, towed my vehicle an hour away from where I live without placing it on a bed, just towed it regularly for over 70 miles. They didn't store my vehicle on a lot, in fact the tow truck driver, Brandon Prigge told me that my car wasn't as clean as it was when he picked it up because he had to store it at his home for a couple of days and his home was down a gravel road. My car was completely dirty, so checking for damages was impossible until I could at least rinse the car off. There was gravel caked in the fog lights, in my front grill, in my tire rims, and all of that gravel messed up the paint on my black rims. When I got home and rinse my car I could see that my back left tire was different from all the others and when questioned about it, no one would return my calls-not one word from them. They didn't comment on why my vehicle would be stored at an employees home and why I had a different tire on my car. I sent documentation showing when I got my tires, what type of tires were purchased and where Rydells placed the tires, still nothing. It's illegal to just take a persons tire without consent, without any explanation as to what happened or why my car was stored at an employees home. I am still waiting on a response and nothing. read more
