The engine in my son's 2012 Hyundai locked up a couple of weeks ago, so my son had it towed to Complete Auto. It was going to cost between somewhere in the range of $4,000-$6,000 to replace the engine, and he still has a small loan on the car. The team at Complete auto (Nick & Matt) did some searching and found that there was a technical service bulletin (TSA) on his year and make of vehicle that addressed the engine failure. Long story short, they suggested that we have it towed to a Hyundai dealership to see if they would warranty it, and...THEY DID! Complete Auto "could" have not told us about the service bulletin and possibly had a big pay day. It's very hard to find that level of honesty in ANY business these days. They might not always be the cheapest, but they have my business and recommendation because of their quality work, honesty, over-all value, and willingness to help people out in any way possible.
