Fired them 29 April and today I get this letter in the mail. Called Leigh Horton office administrator to ask who her boss was and she told me she doesn't have a boss. (Hard to believe!) STAY AWAY FROM THIS MEDICAL CLINIC, especially if you have TRICARE. They have NO clue how to deal with TRICARE.

About 2 weeks later, show up for the appointment and Paris Eye Care tells me, "They don't know if they told me, they don't accept 'Tricare'." I would never have set the appointment in the first place if they didn't take my insurance, hence the initial call to verify they were in network before making the appontment. MyEyeDr.(chain) takes benefeds(FEDVIP) / Tricare if you can make the trip to Jackson, TN. Frustrating for many reasons, and it would seem that they do not want to help with fed employees and vets with their vision needs by remaining out of insurance network.

I couldn't be happier that we found the Hopkins Apothecary. You can actually get someone on the phone reliably in under a minute. You can walk and get immediate help, but they also deliver at no charge. They also have a huge selection of interesting kids toys and gifts. Much better than going to the local Walmart to have your soul sucked. Everyone in Camden should be patronizing this business.

They have a few other physicians and a lot of nurse practitioners. The care they give is mediocre at best. They do not refer back to patient charts so they seem to have a total disregard for a patient's history when making a diagnoses or prescribing medicines. They treat patients like brand new patients every time they come in even when they come in on a regular basis, again not referring back to the patient's chart. I even had one nurse practitioner, Debra Cannon, who upon entering the exam room never gave me a hands on exam, sat on the stool and after speaking to me from across the room about the fact I thought I was pregnant told me that there was nothing wrong with me. She told me that I was getting old (I was only 32), I was over weight and THAT'S what my problem was...that is a direct quote. Upon my insistance, they ran a blood test and I WAS infact pregnant. From that point I refused to be treated by her. Shortly there after, because of their lack of concern and continuing incompetence, I switched to their Paris clinic which is not any better than Huntingdon.

I called Fletcher Dental in Paris after reading the great reviews. They did not disappoint!! I saw Dr. Graves and I can not say enough about his great bedside manner! They fit me into their schedule and were able to pull them the same day instead of making me come back. That speaks volumes to me. The process was pain free and I'm on day 2 and still without a pain pill. I already made an appointment to go back in a couple of weeks to have my teeth cleaned. I can not thank the staff enough for being so accommodating and friendly. I am more than happy to drive 3+ hours again to see them. On another note, the office is located in a beautifully restored building and it is absolutely breathtaking. I was very impressed they did not take it and turn it into something modern. Again, I can not say enough about how great everyone and everything was!!
