She is skilled at her craft and quick with the task on hand. The quality of her work and hair speaks for itself -- she doesn't skimp on anything and charges fairly. If there are issues with the hair, like placement or tightness, she will fix it! I also like how she tries to reduce salon visits for hair extension repositioning because I notice others try to have you in every month, which is what I experienced when I tried another extensionist. But I ended up coming back to Spencer since she's just too good at this! Spencer is the stylist you will feel bad for "cheating" on and I learned my lesson to never do that again! Spencer is the real deal! She is professional, artistic, efficient, and personable. I am proud to say that I will remain as a loyal Spencer Viney Hair customer. Guaranteed, my next install will be with her!

If you are interested in Reiki : There are some beautiful stories about Mikao Usui the originator of Reiki back in the early 1900's, a historical healer, known for helping people recover after a significant Japanese earthquake, at the time of the Great Kanto Earthquake, September 1, 1923. Outsiders to Reiki may be quick to dismiss it is as some New Age play. It has inspirations that go back to Tendai Buddhist Sutras, is what I am aware of such as a very important Lotus Sutra. Kazumi has some really cool history in Japan, and she is an excellent person to work with all around. Highly recommended for that inspiring positivity that she brings with her work.

I reached out to book a couples head spa experience and it took them TWO DAYS to respond. When I followed up about alternative availability, they took FIVE DAYS without responding, until I had to message again asking if they even check their texts. Rather than apologize, they dismissively claimed they had already responded, which was blatantly untrue. The screenshots speak for themselves. For a business, this level of customer service is embarrassing. No customer should have to chase a business to get availability or responses especially since they force you to text if you want to book for couples services. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere that actually values your business and time.

It's 90 minutes of bliss - including a 30-minute massage that sent me into another dimension. Masou is SO GENTLE - there is no need to prepare yourself for the occasional jab or uncomfortable moment. Seriously, I walked out of there in a trance. Plus, he is a perfectionist with the polish. He even slipped my sandals on BEFORE placing the spacers between my toes. Then he meticulously applied the base coat, 2 coats of color, and top coat with my sandals on - allowing no opportunity for smudges. But the massage! I don't know what it is - or if it's a combination of reflexology and Swedish - or if it's his own intuitive style. All I know is I closed my eyes and kept expecting him to stop. But he didn't. He paid attention to every pressure point, bone, joint, and muscle. My daughter gave this pedicure to me for Mother's Day - and I will never forget it! A pedicure by Masou is $50 - plus tip = $60.00 And doing my own toes for 3 months so I can go to Masou occasionally will be so worth it.

Efrat did my Brazilian Blowout and was incredibly thorough and meticulous throughout the entire process. She's like a hair doctor and magician all in one! I have a LOT of thick, frizz-prone hair, and she took her time working through every section - even the baby hairs - rather than rushing through it. My hair is also pretty dry and porous, and the difference afterward is incredible - SO smooth, shiny, sleek, and easy to manage. I also have curly hair and wanted it straight, and even after swimming in the ocean and multiple hair washes, it is still perfectly straight and sleek - with no product and just air drying (didn't even know that was possible!). Yanai cut my hair afterward and did a beautiful job as well. He took off exactly what needed to come off while still keeping the length I wanted. The whole appointment was a long process because of how much hair I have, and I really appreciated how much care and attention they put into getting the result right. It's been a couple of weeks now and I'm still obsessed. Easily one of the best things I've ever done for it!
