Two weeks after it was planted and watered (per instructions from Seth) , the palm started to die. I contacted them and they said that its going through normal transplant shock. About a month later I contacted them again as the palm fronds continued to die - - and they continued to say the palm was alive and will recover. All of the palm fronds died and they still said the tree was alive. I hired an agronomist and he said the palm was dead and should be removed. When I called Cambridge Pines they refused to replace the palm. The agronomist I hired said the cause of the death of the palm was from trimming the root system by an excessive manner. read more
