Update on power window Motor they sent me the wrong. Motor said it was the driver side. It was the passenger side. I carefully packaged the motor in the box surrounded by newspaper UPS it back to them. They claimed to me over the phone that they received the motor yet. It was all in disarray and broken apart, and refused to give me my money back a refund For the motor, which was not damaged. They were claiming it was to try to rob me of my money do not deal with this company on the no circumstances they are horrible over the phone. It's a good thing Camaro Central is around. Sometimes we need something for our 1980 Camaro restoration that the other guys just don't have - and kudos to CC for having it. And they sometimes will estimate shipping much higher than it actually turns out to be; when that happens, they only charge you actual shipping. So that's the good. The bad is (1) prices that often aren't competitive, and (2) they have always gotten my sales tax wrong (more than 2X what it should be). I have a hard time understanding it; YES sales tax is stupidly complex because of the many jurisdictions, but if I Google "what should my sales tax be", the first two sites give the correct answer, instantly, for free - so it can be done! (Not to mention that all the other Camaro parts places get it right.) read more

WARNING DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I've bought my items on 7/27/13 and it was the worst experience ever. They have a bad boring attitude, they charge a fee if you return it after 30days and if its before 30 days they give you store credit only. I've ask for an exchange but they would pay for the shipping for the return but I would have to pay for the shipping again for them to mail it to me !!!!! F*** that. Shipping ripoff. I bought two super small items and they cost $4.90. The shipping was $7.60 USPS. The envelope it came in was a small bubble envelope and the weight was 8 ounces. It only cost $2.40 to send it. Priority would have been cheaper to send and I would have gotten it faster. read more

Don't buy from these guys especially used parts. They post a picture of the part and ship something totally different. Try then to return it and they will not accept it. I'm out of $250. Had a great experience with Camaro Central and their customer service. I ordered some new front seats for my 68 Camaro with matching rear seat covers. When I received my seats and inventoried the boxes, everything looked great and I was very happy with the products. One of the headrest was missing a mounting sleeve and I contacted customer service and was connected to Matt. Matt provided a great service and was very personable. We actually had a great discussion as he helped me with the missing part. I received the missing sleeve in (1) day and had the seats installed that weekend. We received replacement decals from a different vendor. The Yenko Nova had a ship date that could not be changed there was no need to call you after 5 emails letting me know I needed to contact the USPO and file a claim for 29.00..... A 300k for car and a fight with you people over $29.00 Like I said the car is headed to Barrett Jackson and is expected to bring the highest price of any Yenko in there history.. Worst ever. I've owned 1st gen Camaros for over 25 years. I've bought many parts from many warehouses, this is the worst. Customer service is terrible, delays are long, and excuses abound. Still waiting for my shipment after seven weeks with inconsistent answers as to where it may be. My advice: find your classic car parts elsewhere. read more
