Nancy, the social worker, facetimes our mother with us using her own cel phone and has been available after hours to answer my questions. Their chef gives our mom additional vegetables, avocado and banana (at our request), and even puts cinnamon on her pancakes the way she eats them at home. Callista, the Director of Nursing, responds to my every email requests immediately and makes sure my mom receives the care she needs Physical therapy helps her walk with her dementia (she is 90). Everytime I visit, there are at least 20 nurses and caretakers running around and helping patients. I do not agree with any negative review here. Dr. Tan, their psychiatrist has made sure my mom is not over medicated. She is cognizant for my mom to receive the proper drugs so she can be physically active

We have a love one who has been dropped while transferring her from room to room. The first time it happened she ended up in the ER. We just went to visit her and she was laying on the floor unconscious while the staff just stood around. We tried to complaint to the staff but their only response was "We are too busy". We just finished filing a complaint with the CA Department of health. If you are experiencing this please file a complain so we can shut this awful place. The manager, Dana, gets full credit for her hard work in keeping our oasis maintained so well, and addressing her tenant's concerns or questions immediately. Dana's professionalism is greatly appreciated, and her kindness to her tenants is unmatched. I witnessed Dana visiting an elderly tenant, who was in the hospital, to show the lady some loving support. My home in this Park gives me privacy, parking, and my own private, tree filled backyard. I had to threaten to sue her to get my money back and I did, down to the last penny. I was warned about her before I moved there but needed a place so I moved in anyway, huge mistake.
