Dana's professionalism is greatly appreciated, and her kindness to her tenants is unmatched. I witnessed Dana visiting an elderly tenant, who was in the hospital, to show the lady some loving support. My home in this Park gives me privacy, parking, and my own private, tree filled backyard. I had to threaten to sue her to get my money back and I did, down to the last penny. I was warned about her before I moved there but needed a place so I moved in anyway, huge mistake. Thankfully they were able to take my call and come out perfectly within the 36hrs or so the next rains were expected. They came and assessed the issues, took photos of the problem(s) and several options on some solutions depending on budget (and my circumstances). They were able to seal the roof to prevent further leaks and then help on the inside replace the ceiling panel patch that water had damaged.

We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. Jeff was great and explained everything he was doing- He went above and beyond! Even noticed some small projects we had been putting off and offered to finish them up as well. Brooks came the same day I called to fix a gushing leak in water heater. He fixed an electrical problem which was installed by a PR Electrical Company. They charged me approximately $500 and he redid it for $166. He just finished putting a sealant on my roof which had leaks leading to rot. He goes beyond the scope of work if needed. He is very knowledgeable and does great work at reasonable prices.
