What a pleasure doing business with this people. It is hard to find good customer service in Miami. We have been working with them for a month during the process of removing the blinds in preparation for the installation of new impact doors and windows. They removed the old ones, we had to order new ones for the French doors and reinstalled the ones for the windows. All the work that needed to be done was completed professionally, courteously and expeditiously. Our phone calls were answered promptly, all the appointments were kept and they always arrived in time. The new blinds for the French doors look better and were installed better than the ones we had before. Camacho works with pride and you can tell that he loves what he does. We fully recommend them... and we are submitting this review freely and we are not family members nor close friends either. When someone does a good job, he deserves to be complimented. read more

Camacho Verticals - Shades & Blinds Near Me - Miami, Florida

No response called several times sent pics of needed job and no response very disappointing

Who is holding Camacho blind responsible? they are everywhere in the MINTO community doing half jobs taking peoples money and no one is helping homeowners. If I knew then what I know now I wouldn't have never purchase a house from MINTO nor deal with the thousands of consultants they sent our way. They are all in the same bed... English speaking or non English speaking. BAD BUSSINNESS ALL AROUND! read more

Camacho Verticals - before - Shades & Blinds Near Me - Miami, Florida

Camacho Blinds installed shades in my newly built house. They shaded slider doors that the builder didn't offer and replaced blackout shades in a bedroom. They are motorized shades that never get stuck. The top-level quality of workmanship in the installation and the products and the thorough explanations of utilizing these shades indicated a family business. They're a multigenerational business, and treating customers well is how companies last that long and thrive. Everyone starting with the owner, are very friendly and professional. They're careful and efficient. Florida is the sunshine state, and shades are important here. Choose the best. Recommended. read more

After the installation of two rooms which were from ceiling to floor verticles we noticed many verticles were cut short. Many calls to Felipe stating the problem were never returned. I even said I'd pay for those I needed the correct length and still no return calls. What a disappointment with Felipe and his lack of customer service in resolving this problem! read more

Worst company ever!!! Do not trust Felipe( owner) he does not answer phone call or text after he gets paid, i ordered 4 motorized black out shades, as you can see in the pic and 2 are not working, the person that measured did a crapy job see photo attached is ridiculous and now they do not answer phone calls find another company these people are unprofessional thieves read more

Excellent service - extremely responsive from the moment they went out for the quote up until the date of installation. Very affordable pricing as well! Delivered and installed on time, would recommend them to anybody and definitely will call again for any future properties. read more

Felipe Camacho has displayed Horrible customer service and unprofessionalism. I asked for a quote Friday. He promised to send the quote by the end of the day never did. I followed up on Monday he promised to send the quote never did and after 11:00pm at night was sending me YouTube videos of blinds and still no quote. I expressed that him contacting me so late and still not sending the quote was kind of unprofessional and he went off on me, literally texting me over and over again saying very unprofessional and rude things . His attitude & demeanor is utterly disgusting . Definitely not someone you want doing any work for you! read more

I called Camacho based on the ratings I had seen on YELP. Based on my experience it appears he had family and friends put in those ratings because he does not back up his work. We had three blinds that needed repair. He finally came out after cancelling two other appointments and took the blinds to repair them. When he reinstalled them he said that the work was warrantied for 1 year. Sadly, they didn't last 1 month before they became as nonfunctional as they were before. I have tried calling them more than ten times over the span of three weeks, I have left multiple messages and not once has he called back. Save your money and sanity and go elsewhere this company does not deliver on promises and service. read more

Called on a Saturday late afternoon. They answered my call and provided information within hours of my call. Great customer skills!!! Arrived on time on date of repair. Yes, repair!! They were able to fix vertical blinds without replacing for a rental apartment. Just amazing! Service and skills are very hard to find these days! Vertical Blinds by Camacho did both. Great service and great job!! I would recommend highly for any repair or blind work. Very happy and impressed!! read more

Don't even bother looking around...make this place your first call! My wife and I needed a new track for our vertical blinds. We called and emailed a few places and none of them even responded because we didn't need a whole new system. We called Camacho on a Wednesday afternoon. They made an appointment for the next morning. Felipe and David came out, gave a quick, reasonable estimate. THEY needed a special bar so they ran out to get it and came right back and finished the job quickly. Now we can finally stand the heat in our apartment when the sun blazes inside each afternoon. Thanks Guys. read more
