He always makes us laugh and smile and improves the entire experience. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does as a chef and puts his whole heart and soul into each dish. Jesse also is quick to answer any questions we have regarding the food, especially with how to reheat certain dishes at home later. The staff at Uovo is incredible and you can tell they want you to have the best experience. The environment has always been welcoming and kind. Further, the staff is extremely accommodating with any and all allergies/food restrictions. My mom is vegan and I'm vegetarian, and that has never been an issue at all. We've never left feeling bloated or sick once. If there is a long wait during the rush hours, their staff upfront is prompt and alerts you immediately when your table/seat at the bar is ready.
