I booked our reservation in early December for our 3/4/20 arrival. It was booked for a 3 week stay. Cost $1,072. Willing to pay this as the pictures looked nice, and info said rv/trailers must be 10 yrs old or newer or must be approved by owner to stay. So assuming it is a nicer Park. Not necessarily a correct assumption. Although, there are nice sections, there are also some "not so nIce". Which is exactly where we were placed. Even though we were willing to pay almost $1100 for 3 weeks we were a stuck in the furthest corner of the park by a trailer that was literally falling apart and another one that was well over 10 years old being subletting by the owner. After arguing with the owner because we wanted to just leave (but he refused to give us our $350 deposit back) he did charge us just the monthly rate of $678. But then proceeded to tack on a $150 refundable electric deposit. We stayed 2 of the 3 weeks and left. Not really trusting that the electric meter would be handle correctly since other things had not gone well, we took a pic of the meter before hooking up and when we left. And sure enough, after waiting 6 days with no refund, I call to find out he was going to charge us over $47 for 2 weeks of electricity! The actual amount was $35. (I do now see a credit on my account.)Then all of a sudden the error was blamed on how busy he's been because of the coronavirus.. We left a week ago when the virus was not at its peak and people were not scrambling to find camping spots. Just more excuses. No, I do not recommend this RV Park. I do not trust this owner. I'm giving this park a 2 rather than a 1 because we were made whole on our money. However, our stay was not pleasant. Pictures are views from our RV windows. We will not be returning. read more
