I've been a regular at this location for a while, mainly because it's close by, even though customer service is usually hit or miss. But today was really disappointing. They've always opened at 10 AM and both Yelp and their website showed 10 AM today. I arrived right at opening, started shopping with a few others, and 15 minutes later a staff member told us the store was "still closed" and wouldn't open until 11. We were asked to leave, and minutes later the hours online suddenly changed to 11 AM. Please see the pictures attached. Very unprofessional and frustrating, especially for loyal customers. This review is not for the brand itself as CK got some great merchandise and outlets usually have some great deals, but it is for their customer service in more than 2 occasions. The staff really need to be retrained as they do not greet anyone nor want to make eye contact with customers. If you have a question, good luck because they will not extend their help. They will not want to go to the stock room to see if a specific size is available and will just tell you there is none in the back to save them a trip. However I ended up asking another gentlemen who in fact did go to the back to help me look and although they didn't have the size I was looking for, there was actually more stock back there and not just '"none". Another time was when I asked what's the difference in two of their very similar fleece clothing, and her response was, "I'm not sure" without trying to find out. If you work at a store you really should try to know your products and if not atleast try to find out but nope, no intentions of helping. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. I have visited San clemente and Ontario mills store and they have such great and helpful service so not sure what's going on here. read more

I like CK's clothes, except my body type doesn't lend itself to wearing them. If you're a guy on the skinny side, you'll love this store! For example, they list a sign defining what extra slim, slim, and regular sizes mean. Problem was, I couldn't find a single regular size shirt. Kind of disappointing. The get 5 stars though for service on the floor. I was asked repeatedly if I needed help and they explained how the pricing works. Nice job. When my friend (who is skinny) decided to purchase something though, there was only 1 cashier and 4 people on the floor walking around. The customer in front of us was asking a lot of questions and taking a while. Was disappointed no one else came over to ring us up as the line was getting longer. They do give you coupons after your first sale for your next visit so my tip is to buy one item, get the coupon, them remember you need something else and purchase with the coupon. read more

I don't normally shop at Calvin Klein but I seen a sign on the outside window that they were having a sale so I was eager to spend my money but there is NO POINT in coming here after 8pm on a Monday ( I asked for a fitting room at 8:18pm) because they said the fitting rooms close an hour before closing ( closing time 9pm on a regular Monday). Took my money to Tommy Hilfiger right next door. They allow fitting rooms until closing time. And the best part they DONT have an attitude towards customers. read more

This is probably the shortest review I've ever written but it's mainly for the customer service. This CK store does take back online orders for exchange or return but for a certain time frame. We came in on a Sunday (11/15/15) afternoon & a young female manager on duty assisted us after the cashier we went to directed us to her. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name but she provided an outstanding customer service! She was very approachable and understanding. I had ordered a pair of jeans online & it didn't come out to the color that the bunz wanted. The manager worked patiently with us in checking for the color, size, style in front of the store & in the back. Not once was she irritated with us when the bunz said the jeans she brought over wasn't the one. When the store didn't have what we wanted the manager kindly placed an order for us. She even checked to make sure we received our points for our spending & honored the price of the jeans for what I had paid for online. We thanked her & left the store with a good experience :) We've been here couple times before & there's always pretty good deals going on. Customer service has always been good but that weekend we were there to do an exchange the manager that helped us deserves an A+ recognition! read more

My friend and I walked around a lot of stores but this store really had some good deals with really nice clothing. The displays were nicely set up and I really enjoyed going through the racks. My friend found a bunch of things that he liked and he looked gorgeous in them. I would definitely come in here to do shopping for this brand. Why would I buy CK anywhere else? They sell the same season on the rack at Macy's and Nordstroms in this outlet store for sometimes much much cheaper. Once, I got a dress that was originally over $100 for $18!!! What a steal! Also, compared to other places CK is sold, it has a much cleaner and brighter display. With less people in the store. The customer service is decent as well. I would definitely come back and check out their new selection soon. read more

When it comes to dress slacks, I always have good luck at Calvin Klien. Their staff is extremely professional and helpful and the stores are usually relatively neat and organized. I didn't immediately see any styles I liked in the normal section, so I sauntered back to the clearance rack where I was greeted by the deal of the day... a beautiful pair of steel grey pants with a distinct glossy shimmer... and they happened to be in my exact size - my lucky day! Would have been five stars if not for the comatose customer service. They weren't rude or lazy so don't get me wrong. They were just really blank. This store is very organized and well stocked. Everything is very easy to find and the displays are clean. The prices here are still a bit high considering this is supposed to be an outlet, but some of the discounts are impressive and the quality of the merchandise here is much better than VS around the corner and well worth paying the extra $10-$20. Sleeping apparel is soft and the material is good so I go to CK mainly for underwear and pajamas. Will be back again soon for summer sleep wear. read more
