Upon my first call, Megan was wonderful. She answered any questions I had and if she didn't T know the answer, she was quick to find it and get back to me. Making an appointment for them to come out and look at my residence was fast and easy. I thought I would have to wait a while, but it was less than a week. Steve came out and assessed my residence. He took time to explain options and what he thought might be the best fit. I received an estimate within the same day and immediately called for an appointment. I got an appointment within two weeks. The two guys, Robert and Jake, that came out were professional and polite. I was prepared to have to clean up as I knew they would have to make holes to run wire. There was very little cleanup as they cleaned up as they worked. After the work was done, I thought I had an issue and called right away. Robert came out the same day and all was good. The whole process was a great experience. I would recommend Thomas Miller Electric again and again. I am grateful to my friend for recommending them.

Contacted Stamp Electric and they were out the next day…read more Lyndy Stamp called when he was on the way and asked a few questions to make sure he had everything on the truck. Turns out he did and showed up on time. Very professional, asked a few questions about the circumstances that may have caused the issue. Once on the scene he proceeded to check the outlets and determined that the wall switch that controlled the outlets had been turned off inadvertently. Turned the switch on and power restored. Lyndy was here about 15 minutes and would not charge me for the service call. In fact he wouldn't take any money. Most contractors charge you for a service call and travel time. Stamp Electric is a great company. I highly recommend them.

I live in northern St Mary's County. I have been a longtime customer of Burch Oil. Years ago I had…read more4 very old heat pumps at the end of their lives. I replaced one per year for 4 years. Bobby from Burch Oil explained everything heat pump to me and helped me make informed choices. (Did anyone else know that Burch Oil installs and works on heat pumps?) One of the 4 ended up being a lemon (by no fault of Burch Oil), and it was a long road to convince the company that makes the heat pumps to replace it. Those at Burch Oil helped in every way they could and eventually it was replaced. Fast forward to nowadays. Another of the heat pumps stopped working at the beginning of this heat wave on Sunday. During every week I am an hour away caring for my elderly mother at her house and can't leave without arranging care for her. Burch Oil responded immediately to my call and worked with me to arrange an appointment the next day that I could be there for. James figured out what was wrong and ordered the part, and told me it is covered by warranty--I didn't even know that, but they keep track. The part arrived the very next day. Then Buddy in dispatching worked with me to arrange a time to install it 24 hours later when I could come home again--they may have been able to install it earlier, but I couldn't come any sooner. What a relief! I'm having my granddaughters at my house this weekend and originally thought there was no way the AC would be working by then, but Burch Oil came through, and everyone I talked to was helpful and friendly and concerned for me. I could never find the words to express how grateful I am for their help, caring and personal business model, and constancy over the years.
