After the week we've had (ICE STORM OF 24), been out of power for a week and paid thousands of dollars to deal w/ downed trees etc.. you don't want to wake up to a water problem.
But sometimes you do.
And bc of same above, everyone has busted pipe emergencies all over town so all plumbers are booked tilll next Tuesday (it's TH) .... But then Rae from Calvary repsonds in less than 1/2 hour, spends some time on the phone with you and is booked but would try to get there tonite, after hours, & it very kind about what a pain it is to turn off your water: and then; thinks about it and OFFERS TO SEND A SUB OVER TO FIND THE ISSUE by 1pm!??!
So Allen comes over- on time- and looks under the house and we turn the water on and it's something in the yard that we can just turn off and fix later- for $50. That's not the repair price, it's the service call price. Which is a fraction of what everyone else was gonna charge us to come over & do the same thing. We can tighten that coupling back on, but we were not going to be able to see under the house.
The communication and response time are stellar- that alone gets the 5 stars. I hope ya'll find them as kind and helpful. read more
