I was able to describe the tree, get a quote, and set up an appointment all via email and ZERO problems. He showed up on time and with his equipment. If i didn't like the quote, no problem, he would leave. If I did like it, he had all of his stuff there ready to go. I have never dealt with such a professional, kind, hard working tradesman since I have moved to the area several years ago. I live in a reno, so I've been working with various contractors, tradesman, etc. for the past three years. Again, very professional. Via email the quote was a wide range for a good reason but the upper price point was still very affordable for such a large tree. After showing up and looking at it the quote was within that range and after the job was done, maybe an hour and a half, he charged me $100 LESS than what he quoted me because the job was easier and faster than he anticipated.
