I was advised it would be resolved. It wouldnt be noticeable. All that was done was liquid squirted into the nick, and it still looks like a damaged windshield. I have been a customer of Heinrich for over twenty-five years and have purchased many vehicles. I have referred many customers. I have given them many glowing reviews. They feel as long as the nick isnt on the driver's side it isnt an issue. I feel if I spend over 25K on a vehicle, I should get a vehicle without a damaged windshield. It's a small spot but the way management handled shows no loyalty to long term customers. I will continue to use their service department but this will the last vehicle I will purchase from them. Buyer beware. It's a sad truth.

Doug called me early Monday to discuss the car. He had the water pump changed before noon that day, and relatives of ours who were coming home that day stopped and picked it up. He was very responsive, and took care of us, in what could have been an unfortunate experience. Thank you, Doug, for taking care of my family and me.
