Highly recommend! Awesome family owned spot and very honest. Had me in and out on an oil change in under and hour.

Had my domestic vehicle, Ford Escape, 2008, towed there for re-attach of dislocated 'Serpentine Belt' which detached during the recent Ice Storm on start up. At the time, March 1/23, "Steve" had all three of his Bays filled with three vehicles and told me at the time of the towed arrival of my vehicle and me it would be four hours before he could make a needed auto hoist available before he could do the work. I Explained I'm disabled but would walk three blocks to Giant Tiger to a bit of needed shopping, return and wait. Forty minutes later I returned to notice my vehicle was no longer parked in the spot the tow truck driver of 'Robbins' towing service was not there. Euro Mobil owner and master mechanic, pulled-Straight-out - one of the three hoisted vehicles with no steering ("blown hydraulic steering line") and brought my vehicle in during the forty minutes I was away. "Steve" came out of the bays to say smiling - I'm working on your vehicle now. NO FOUR OUR WAIT ! Charged me forty dollars and would Not take ten dollar tip!! Just asked that in future, as with all his customers, bring your vehicle, register the problem and leave the vehicle for the day. A very-kind Man and master mechanic and low prices!! I wanted to say, consider "Euro Mobil AutoHouse" at Welland Ave & Geneva St for honest good work on your troubled Foreign or Domestic Auto service. Remember Drop and Leave. He's that busy. Allen, the father, told me that he hasn't used his chainsaw in a while and did not check it, despite the fact that I made it very clear that a chainsaw would be needed for this job. They had a push mower, but I didn't mind that. It did a pretty good job. I'm just very frustrated because I told them that I had to leave at 3:30 to go to a vet appointment. I knew they were not close to being done and I'd be back in appx 45 minutes. That's when I was told they were done due to the chainsaw. I don't believe that, as they were told (twice) prior to their arrival they would need a chainsaw. I believe that they just didn't want to work anymore. I looked around for the oil he needed but I didn't have any. I overheard the female ask the male "if he discussed the rate with {me}". I spoke up and said it's $25/hr. She said no, it's $75/hr! I said that I don't have that much money snd she asked how much I could afford and that they don't want to leave their customers broke. I gave them $160 and was told that I could repay the extra $100 at a future appointment plus $40/flat rate for everything that still needs to be finished on another date appx 2 weeks from that day. What should have cost appx $100 was going to cost $300. That's extortion and theft. Above the schedule, it said that if there were 3 people it'd cost $75/hr. Directly under that was their availability and showed $25/hr so there was no way for me to know that it was going to be $75/hr! Not once was the price discussed in our conversation. After they left, they said that they could finish in a few weeks. I scoffed at that and they said they could come out on Labor Day. Tbh, I didn't want them back on my property because of the finance scheme and they left me to deal with 8-9 of the most flimsy clear bags of heavy trimmings. I believe they owe me money and I am actually thinking about filing a report with Yelp! about this situation and pictures. Get the price in writing before they DO ANYTHING. Make sure they take the bags. Make sure they have oil and gas for their chainsaw and lawnmower. They will come up with something to stop working after a few hours. Make sure to ask everything possible IF you choose to use them. Realize that there will be 3 people in a regular sedan. Not a work van or pickup truck. They took the money I had for the vet and still wanted more despite showing them their own texts and them failing to discuss the actual price and letting me know that I was going to be stuck with a lot of bags on my front lawn. Not happy. I still want the extra $72.50 overpayment back and all of the bags removed. **Being transparent: There was an incident with a nasty neighbor because of a domestic situation at my home. I called 911 and made sure they felt safe and gave them so many apologies (I can't control other people) but I did make sure they were ok and asked if they wanted to file charges against my neighbor which they both refused to do. The female cut her hand and was given immediate medical attention and access to my bathroom with all bandage/meds required.
