We stood in line outside for what felt like only 10 minutes, and then were taken inside. They had a sign outside to silence your phone before you entered. Mask coverings and social distancing of 6 ft were required. Once inside, they took your drivers license and scanned it into their system. Then, they gave you a voting card and a disposable stylus with a rubber end to it. You're then directed to an automated voting machine to insert your voting card in, and then used your stylus to vote. Once you're done, you took your filled out voting card and scanned it into their final voting machine to tally your vote in, and you're done. The voting process itself felt like it took only a total of 15 minutes to complete. So, if you're planning to vote early in Ford Bend County, this spot is very efficient on a weekday.
