I also appreciated how Sandra never pressured us to buy anything and took the time to understand our style. She even came over to our new apartment to see what our preferences were and provided tips for how to place items (purchased through Ethan Allen and other places, so that it meshed together). We went to other stores, but never felt that the designers were invested in helping us to achieve a home that would feel like it was ours. The quality of Ethan Allen furniture is also top notch. We've had our couches for 17 years now. The warranty is also no hassle at all. One wood table developed a crack - I made one phone call, the technician came to check it out, and then delivered the replacement. No forms to fill out at all or receipts to provide - I just gave them my name and that was it.

First the shark fin finish on the coffee table was delivered not showing the interesting wood grain (opaque) which WE HAD ASKED about several times and were shown floor samples and of a piece of furniture. No help to exchange. The shark fin surface of the wood on the coffee table and chairs does not wear well showing white seams months after use. The EA staff informed us that the protection program we purchased does not include wood only when we noticed wearing months after purchase. The only solution given was a furniture marker to continue to use several times a year as the white seams begin to show to cover up the flaws. As I continue to color my furniture several times a year, I am more frustrated that we trusted your company. This is not quality or service.

The ones on 58th are much deeper than we're looking for. FYI...The sectionals here cost around $47k... which is a lot but they are beautiful...The sofas are more affordable which isn't saying much since they're still quite expensive. The sofas are firm, still comfortable but not lounge type. The person I spoke with .. again.. really nice and helpful.

Nightmare comes after they went completely silent on expected delivery windows, which is 2-3 weeks. I had to chase them after 4 weeks and they found out they just forgot to schedule delivery. Ok, delivery scheduled and they did a half ass job. One of the light on the bed board is broken and the guy promised they come back next day to fix it, which didn't happen. After waiting for another 2 days, completely silent of course, I reached out and they were "looking into it". Now it's another week and they are silent with my 5K brand new "broken" bed in my apartment. Now I am pissed and asking for refund, so the drama for a simple bed purchase is still going on. You guys can figure out whether or not you want to buy here.

Great customer service, 10 year warranty , when the rollers needed replacement, i called and parts were expedited to immediately. Sadly, the company went out of business. I know really how important it is to have a good office chair. With that in mind, this time i walked right to Herman Miller store to test product and make a purchase. The last chair lasted 18 years. We fell in love with the mesh chair, i bought a size B-chair with all options to match the chair that i previously bought. Within 4 days, the chair was delivered fully assembled to my house, awesome. The staff at the store was extremely friendly and they had us test different models and within 30 minutes we had made the purchase. Think of it as do you want to entry level Sedan or do you want to drive a performance luxury sedan? The choice is yours. I can attest that if you seat 8 to 10 hours out of the day, than you need to be comfortable and buy from a reputable manufacturer. Especially reassuring was their ability to answer questions about the current global supply chain issues and how Blu Dot was adapting to them. They were very responsive to questions and requests at all times. Of course, we really love what we bought from them as well. Their contemporary modern style isn't for everyone and they are not cheap. But it was a great fit for us, especially given our bad experience with a competitor and because we were able to buy during their annual sale. The NoMad showroom is appointment only but we never had any issue with securing an appointment.

That's great that you can run to your book and look everything up for me but you have what a dozen pcs of furniture in the store?! You should know everything! This furniture is 5-6k and up! You need to know your stuff. It's not my job to hunt through your store or fabrics to find out their details. Know your product! Asking for a high traffic or a pet/kid friendly fabric should be such an easy question.... You mr sales associate had 1 suggestion! Fing 1 suggestion! And it was a bloody pattern! All this begs the question, are you sofas the same quality as your sales associates knowledge? Yikes!
