I went looking for lavender, I asked a girl and she asked someone else where it was. She went with me but it was not where she was told, after awhile I thanked her and looked further. I found it, it didn't look great so I asked if they could take a little off, she called the manager. The women came to the register and I asked about a discount, I have never done that before. The manager was very rude and said no. As she walked away she said most people can't get it to come back the next year. I was shocked and just paid for it and left. The girl at the register was very nice.

To impress me, a florist shop needs to exhibit creativity and display unique flowers & plants. All of which, Chatham Flowers going for them. we discussed what I was looking for, the price point, if a vase was to be included or not, and they went to work creating a beautiful bouquet with exactly the flowers I was hoping would be in the arrangement. The final arrangement was stunning, packed for travel and for presentation. I could not be happier with the final product. I did also buy a small bird to be nestled in the arrangement as well as a stunning heart for our fireplace mantle at home. In short, great find, talented people, unique inventory, customer focused, and a pleasure to do business with.
