Out of the ones who responded, he was the only one who gave us a direct price estimate and he was quick with answering our inquiries. We booked him for the following Monday and he was right on time. He effeciently worked on installing new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal and did not leave any mess. He made sure that we did not have any leaks and double checked thoroughly. One of the things he also did was fixed the pipes under the sink for us as a bonus, which we are very thankful for! We appreciate his great workmanship and his personality. We are happy that we trusted our gut and hired him. I most definitely recommend him! Thank you Ezequiel!

I highly recommend Kiwican Home Improvement. Stefan and the team were instrumental in transforming…read moremy home. They remodeled my house's entire interior, including remodeling two bathrooms- the bathrooms were both gutted, and they rebuilt them completely. Kiwican also remodeled my kitchen, replacing my cabinets with floating shelves, replacing my countertop, and adding a farmhouse sink. They replaced interior and exterior doors, installed wood floors, windows, windowsills, floorboards, fireplace mantel, and painted the interior. They also helped me with some lighting needs and a litany of other projects. Stefan's a great communicator and was patient with me, as I had never remodeled my home, so I was learning on the spot. Stefan has an excellent eye for design, and he understood my vision for the place; I knew I could trust him to turn whatever he touched into something beautiful. Stefan and the team are also very trustworthy, as this property is a second home, so I wasn't present for most of the remodel. I highly recommend Kiwican home improvement.

He bid on a few projects we wanted to immediately change, a deck, remodeling the laundry room, moving a tuff shed from our old house to the new house as well as electrical installations of fans, lighting, plumbing and even built a roof over the entrance to our home. Wilhelm and his construction team were courteous, clean, and hard working. I work from home as a systems analyst and appreciate attention to detail. I liked that Wilhelm didn't try to sell me on anything. He gave me a bid and from the other 4 bids I received I feel he was fair and honest about the estimate. He showed up the first snow storm we had to make sure we were okay and to check on the new roof extension he did. I never write reviews but I felt he deserved the time it takes to share my experience of working with he and his team, how efficient, clean and the quality of his work makes me happy to refer him to my clients, friends and family. I would recommend his company for anything from small jobs around the house to large remodels. You just never know about contractors even though they have a license I like to ask people I trust for a referral. I hope this helps.. feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.
