I hate to even give a star on this place, horrible horrible horrible customer service.!!!! Yes horrible!! Dawn the cashier had stole my car keys off the table after yelling an cursing out my younger sister an my 3 year old child. She's a menace to society, I called the police bc she wouldn't return my car keys that was left on top table where I was still trying to eat, she stole my car keys bc I recorded her verbally attacking me my sister an child, she wanted me to erase my video an pictures an then she claimed to return my keys. UM NOPE I will do no such thing everyone will know how evil an unprofessional you are an how you should be locked away in a cage to rot. She an her co worker was so unprofessional it should be illegal to even have this women working with people. Ridiculous that the women owner whom I spoke to over the phone even has this animal still working here. I left my number with the manager to have the owner call me an guess what, Yeap dawn the crazy lady kept texting me an verbally threating me an my son. She's so lucky I'm not the person I used to be bc lord knows I wouldn't of thought before reacting. I mean there food is decent but not worth the customer abuse given. Absolutely run from this restaurant don't even waste your time or hard earned money, the owners husband who passed years ago God rest his soul, he would be so disappointed with how this place is being managed now. Walked in on 12/03/21 with my nephew to grab a few chicken wraps. Heard an employee shout a racial slur at another employee. I turned right around. I don't think anyone needs to tolerate racial slurs in 2022. Not once did anyone even as much acknowledge a customer was there, just that they were having too much fun horsing around in the back calling each other names. To preface, I used to come here all the time back around 2008-2014. They just came under new management, and the owner is this big busty woman that has a "can't do any wrong" attitude. Hopefully people see this review so we can really drive home the point that racism is NOT ok. My nephew is half white and half black, so for him to have to hear that became a talking lesson between us where I explained how some people hit rock bottom and end up as a 35 year old working behind the counter of a salad shop yelling slurs and joking around with teenage employees. This place is absolutely amazing! They always deliver their food fresh and speedy. The time they assure me on the phone is definitely the time frame in which I receive my food for delivery & pick up. I order from them about 4-5 times a week and along with the great food they serve, the staff at call it a wrap is unbelievably friendly. Each and everyone that works the counter are all amazing workers and they definitely don't get enough credit for all of their hard work. I've been in there when it was the middle of a lunch rush with the entire store filled & I've been in there with the store empty. Doesn't matter what time of day, the staff does all they can to make every customer happy. I highly highly recommend this place for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even a snack. Well, I do not know how food tastes, but I do know that the restaurant makes our neighborhood smell like burned chicken. It is sad to say but the owner is preoccupied with nothing but making money and he does not care about others. He is too cheap to install a proper exhaust system. It is not the way to run the business ! Please come over , walk around the mall and you will see. We all have to breath smelly air every day ! Call it a wrap has DEP violations for air quality but nothing is being done. We do not mind the resturant, but we want to be able to open our windows and enjoy fresh air. read more

Wanted something healthier and satisfying and the food did just that. Ordered a vegetable soup, baja special and a skirt steak fajita with a side of baked sweet potato fries. Found both wraps to be a little on the spicy side but good none the less. Was definitely very filling. Only comment was that I would have preferred flank steak over skirt as it is leaner and healthier, however, next time I'll ask when calling, as they do have flank on the menu. Food is great but is it worth the hassle? I order from them several times a week. They always mess up the order and forget stuff. Also when you call over and over again, even with the exact same order, you have to repeat yourself with the order, address and credit card information every single time. Friend of mine worked there for a long time. Little did she know there was a REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER working there also taking photos of her behind the counter. The owner wouldn't even fire him so she ended up loses her job. Disrespectful and awful. This place is just average. We used to visit it more often. I think that they focused more on quantity than quality. Also, the delivery takes forever.... Even the NYC Health Dept noticed that giving them 49 (!) violation points on a last inspection. read more
