Balsamic chicken with low-fat mozzarella and red peppers on spinach wrap! My morning go to wrap!

I'm a sandwich man but since I started going to the gym I needed to change my eating habits. Their balsamic, grilled chicken spinach wrap is amazing, and well priced!

Stuffed wrap, I could only finish half! Their tater tots are the best! Super crispy on the outside and melts in your mouth inside. Go to for lunch

This was a great place to grab a salad and smoothie on a weeknight. The salad was filling, the smoothie too. Customer service was efficient and to the point, and I do plan to come back... esp if I want a good freaking salad.

Call It A Wrap with the quickness, more then a sandwich shop! Hip healthy food joint, no other location on the Island, SMH why ??!! This place had Swordfish and Ostrich available as a special! I had the Bison and Spinach wrap- warm melted oozing mozzarella cheese- nommm nommm Extensive : Healthy options on menu, open seating area, lunch shift was effective and timely, Next time I will placed order for pickup. The staff was on top of it, phone orders, pick ups, deliveries- I was impressed with how well they all worked together. No wait time for a healthier lunch option in the deli dominated and pizza parlor neighborhood. Next time I will have to get a smoothie.

Very disappointed. I placed an order for two wraps. I asked the girl on the phone if the turkey was a cold cut and she said yes, I asked her to have them slice it thin. Fast forward, I get my wrap open it up and it's huge chunks of slimy turkey. NOT cold cuts. Not to mention the whole things feel apart.

The woman working here is completely and frustratingly ineffective. She didn't greet me when I came in and couldn't answer wether or not they even had one of their main products. She had no knowledge of what it was nor what it did. To make matters worse, she was still fielding phone calls from family members while she was supposed to be helping me find my product. When I showed her a picture of the product on my phone she looked up in her inventory, and realized she didn't have it. This is my third bottle of the stuff... it's always at other locations. I told her what it was she started sliding me bottles of what she thought had similar characteristics, saying "this one's good" then another, "this one's good", then another, "this one's good"... she had no idea. She even mixed a sleep aid in there somewhere cause the bottle branding looked similar. Then she couldn't get the computer to pull up my account to credit me my pro discount. So she recommended me to "use your email, on your phone". After a tediously long line of questioning to discover what that even meant, I said no, asking her to please figure out how to pull it up on the computer like every time I've gone to a GNC. After 3 more minutes of waiting for her to figure that out, I managed to research what else I should buy in place of my intended product. Still unable to work the computer/register, she then called GNC customer service as to show that she was determined to help, but then abruptly handed me the phone when the technician answered. I stood there for a second in disbelief, like did you expect ME to figure this thing out here?! I'm apparently not the only one who's experienced this level of service and I'm seeing it's been like this for years. Steer clear from this place. But if you MUST visit, bring a picture of what you're looking for and lower your expectations drastically for a normal GNC customer experience.

The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and authentic. Everything we tried was delicious -- the appetizers, paninis, hand-cut fries with chipotle mayo, and the rice balls were outstanding. Even the ketchup was surprisingly delicious! But the real star was the chocolate bread... absolutely to die for. We loved it so much we bought 3 loaves, plus 2 semolina sesame loaves, and enjoyed them for days afterward. The signature iced tea with lemon sorbet was refreshing and unique, although a little too sweet for my personal taste. Their iced coffee and specialty drinks were excellent as well. What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was so attentive, friendly, and welcoming. They even offered samples of the chocolate bread to guests sitting at tables and people waiting -- such a thoughtful touch. I honestly can't wait for them to expand their hours past 3 PM because this is definitely a place I'd love to visit more often. Highly recommend Filancino Bakery for anyone looking for incredible food, fresh bread, amazing drinks, and a true taste of Italy!
