This company is the absolute worst. They are unprofessional, disorganized and there is no accountability. The scheduled cleaning days were always getting mixed up. No one would show up. They are unapologetic and offer no remedy. My final encounter with them was when we scheduled a day to have the unit picked up. After 3 hours of waiting, we called only for them to tell us that they didn't have the job in the system. The representative was named Kim. I indicated that the porta potty, which was initially within the fence of the project, had been moved to the sidewalk for easy pick up by the one person that her company was sending. My concern was being issued a summons now that the unit was on the sidewalk. I also mentioned that we had someone monitoring the unit until her driver was able to get there. Kim's response was, "You're not gonna get a summons. There's more important stuff going on in Brooklyn. Relax." I told her that because her company told me that they would only be sending one guy to come pick it up and that he would need assistance, I arranged for someone that was being paid to assist. She didn't seem to care and told me that she would call me back. This was at 10AM. At 12PM, I called back. I asked to elevate it to a supervisor. Karen now gets on the phone after Kim continuously becomes confrontational as opposed to diffusing the situation. Karen tells me that the earliest that they could get someone there was at 2PM. I told her that the workers that I had to assist her driver were leaving prior to 2 PM. She said then I'm going to have to reschedule. I ask her after several phone calls and establishing that once again, it was her company that made a scheduling error, why was this not resolved earlier in the day after my phone call at 10 AM.
