10/10!! the BEST camera installation you can ever find in the OC/LA area!…read more I can't say enough good things about TCI! We were looking around for a security camera installer and stumbled upon their fantastic reviews on Yelp and Google and they did not disappoint! I gave them a call and they came the same following week! We had 8 CCTV cameras installed, and the quality of both the equipment and the installation is high quality and truly top-notch. What impressed me most was the speed and professionalism. They got all 8 cameras installed and set up within 4 hours!! The last place that did my installation took almost a week to complete lol. Pricing is fair, you get what you pay for! Bobby handled our install, and he was absolutely knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. He clearly knew his stuff and made the whole process smooth and easy! 1000% would recommend to everyone looking for reliable, high-quality camera installation. Again THANKKK YOU Bobby + the TCI team!

While my screen took longer than expected to arrive, Joe and Michael came to my home and completed the entire installation and build in just three hours--a stark contrast to my previous experiences with other companies that took eight to nine hours for similar work. I'm genuinely impressed by One Stop AV professionalism, attention to detail, and quality craftsmanship. Joe's responsiveness throughout the process was exceptional, and both he and Michael demonstrated expertise and dedication to getting everything right. They quoted me $275, but when the technician arrived, he realized the job actually involved installing a new bathroom fan/light combo (which needed proper ventilation out of the house), not just replacing an existing one. They suddenly raised the quote to $600 on the spot, which was really frustrating and stressful. After asking for a refund, I called New Electronics Communications the same day -- and to my amazement, they were able to schedule me immediately! The technician arrived right on time, was professional, polite, and very clean with his work. He did the installation exactly how I wanted it, for only $350, and everything looks and works perfectly. They not only saved me a ton of time and money but also spared me so much stress -- especially since I had already taken my dogs to daycare, expecting the job to get done that day. I'm just really grateful for their responsiveness, honesty, and quality work. If you're looking for reliable, fair, and fast electrical work, don't hesitate -- call New Electronics Communications!

I figure things happen and take time so I didn't call until 2:30 pm or so to check on where the technician was. I was told that my job had "not been added to the schedule" but they would see when a tech could be there. I was then told 3:45-4:00pm. No one arrived. I called at 4:15 pm and was told they were 25 minutes away. I called at 5:01 and the voicemail said the office was CLOSED and here it is 5:15 and no one EVER ARRIVED. I realize compared to other jobs this company has, my job was small and not worth a lot of money. However, the measure of a great business is to treat small customers as well as your big customers. If you don't show up when scheduled, fail to add a job to your schedule, and keep lying to your customer about the arrival time of your tech who NEVER shows up at all...why would I trust this company with my larger corporate work? How you treat people matters, whether the job is big or small. This was unacceptable today and I did not appreciate that I had to keep calling YOUR business to find out what was going on, what happened to the tech, etc. Why aren't YOUR people communicating with customers? Why didn't anyone apologize? Why didn't anyone call before close of business to say, "Hey, we're not coming!" I was extremely unhappy because no one cared that I had taken time off work to meet the tech and no one cared enough to even CALL me and let me know what was going on. You guys dropped the ball big time here and were incredibly thoughtless and rude. Update: They just arrived at 5:36 pm. The techs themselves were GREAT and were able to do the work and complete the job. However, I wanted someone to know about the lack of transparency and communication today as it was very upsetting to me. The quality of work and the people you hired to do the actual technical job were terrific, knowledgeable and qualified. I realized it was not THEIR fault today, but I think it's important for people to know about the communication problems. I updated my review from 1 star to 3 because of the actual techs and their skills.
