Jeremy and Jennifer went out of their way to take care of our daughter, after she broke down on I35, an hour and a half from OKC on a Saturday night. Jeremy talked us through what the potential problem might have been from the description given. They waited up until the tow truck dropped off the car, and our daughter, at 1 am, checking in as the night went on until she got there. Jeremy began work on Sunday and kept in touch with phone calls, pictures and thorough descriptions. He even called our daughter to keep he aware of the car's progress too. I was astounded when the car was ready for pick up on Wednesday and at a fair cost - no price gouging. Jeremy does excellent work and not only knows what he's doing, he really enjoys it. He and Jennifer make a great team, caring about their work as well as their customers. I can't recommend JJ's Auto Repair in OKC highly enough. In my search for a new car I would take the cars to them and they would give me their honest opinion. I later took in my Nissan Altima because it had the check oil light on after I had my oil changed at a chain. Turned out to be the cap was loose after having that "checked" at the chain I went to (they didn't charge me for their time). I've gone many times to have them check my car before road trips and they have never tried to get me to fix something unnecessarily or they give me a timeline of when I should get something fixed. When my tires were past due to change, they ordered the tires at a discount for me and told me who I should take the tires to to have them installed (again free of charge besides the little kickback he probably got from ordering the tires). If you haven't already guessed. I trust these guys with all my car needs. I could have easily been swindled seeing as my car knowledge is 0. These guys are the best!!

He told us up front that he was booked solid for the next few days, but asked for a little more detail. Based on that, he said that the switch resets itself, but he could check it for free if the car died again. He also noticed my car was low on power steering fluid and offered to top it off for free. He explained everything in ways we could understand, never talking over our heads or acting smug because he knows more than us. His service center is very clean and professional. He seems to me like the kind of mechanic who is completely open about what options you have, from what it takes to get your car running to what's needed to keep it running, and the prices of those options. I feel like Stephen is the kind of mechanic that can become a friend. I don't live in MWC, but he is now my first choice for repairs.
