I recently hired PLN to restore my backyard. Paul the owner did an excellent job explaining in…read moredetail all the steps his crew would do to restore my backyard to its natural beauty. Paul's trusted foreman Ramon and his crew worked extremely hard, they did not cut any corners and took pride in their work. After three days my backyard was totally transformed. I am extremely grateful I met Paul and his team. I highly recommend you hire Paul for any landscaping need. In case you are wondering Paul removed my old grass and weeds, installed St Augustine sod, cleanup my slope and plann, trimmed my trees and removed some palms that were damaging my brick wall. Installing sod is a process labor task when done right. You have to kill all the old grass and weeds and then remove it all until all you have dirt. Once that is done you work on the irrigation system to ensure you have water spread out evenly all throughout the ground with proper drainage. Finally, you add fertilizer to the soil and then lay down the sod which is best installed the same day it was cut. Check out my before and after pictures.

They've earned their reputation the old-fashioned way: by being straight shooters and standing by their word. They don't rely on fancy ads; word of mouth keeps them busy, and for good reason. The pricing is exactly what he says it will be, no surprises. They work hard, they're honest, and they take real pride in what they do. Then we also ran into Eduardo who was also super kind! He joked with us and offered extra help if needed. As we left the lumber area Emily wished us well and was really sweet! Then as we approached the counter at the front, I asked a question of Lilith and she also was amazingly sweet!! I mean I can't say enough good about this store and the employees! There were a couple of others that were very nice as well but I didn't get their names unfortunately:(. I mean my husband and I frequent Home Depot and Lowe's and NEVER really get approached and asked if we need help. There are a few people at Lowe's that are nice but they aren't on the floor like that. There's Chad in kitchen cabinets and Beverly in blinds and shades! They are AMAZING! Very professional very sweet! Home Depot and Lowe's overall though SMH customer service is not good. Valle vista home center is our new place to go!!
