For some reason they could not remove the code after they did the oil change. And when I drove it home, I saw that they had overfilled the oil. The Service fee includes an inspection. They told me that I needed new front tires. So I got a quote from them and from another company. Monkeys said they could not do it the next morning. It would have to be in the evening. The other company said that they could do it right away in the morning. So I took it to Ripon to have my tires replaced. I asked them to also check the rear tires. Only the front tires needed replacing and upon checking the rear tires, he found an eroded battery cable. The RV would've blown up if I had driven it anymore and it would've caused a fire. Monkeys completely neglected to inspect the vehicle. I would not recommend this company to anyone, be very careful because they are doing a very shoddy job. The Ripon company also is only charging $200 for the service B. So not only did I get ripped off. They did a terrible job. They could not remove the code. They overfilled the oil. They did not do a thorough inspection. This company needs to be shut down. I never dealt with the previous owners, but I feel that they probably did a great job but the new owner is Jay and he's never there. And they do not share the owners information so if we have a complaint, we cannot talk to the owner. This one woman is working there. It's like a one woman show. She doesn't know what she's doing. She's just a receptionist, but she acts like she owns the place. If I was the owner, I would fire her in a second.

It sounded easy but the placement of the battery under the chassis was not easy to get to at all. Bud came out the same day I called. The dealership was double booked for 3 weeks! It was a lot of work but Bud was able to dismount the battery and install the new one for us. Everything was working great and we were ready to start our next journey on the road the next day!!! He found a special Burning Man trailer in Petaluma and I bought it and took it to Burning Man. The frame in the front of the trailer was rotted and the whole trailer wobbled from side to side and leaked like a sieve. After Burning Man I gave the trailer to Chris and he tore off the paneling and replaced the wood and put the paneling back.
