Rather than look for something he…read morecan try to fit into and be happy though he might not be, and just pass his time, he instead created his own - seemingly successful - transportation service, and though I only see his drivers and vans at Travis AFB when I am there stuck for a week or so, or arriving and seeking a ride to the City, it's always a great sight. He advertises and does offer the cheapest prices available - I found out recently after being tight on dinero and calling transport shuttle services in ALL of the Bay Area, including Sacramento, San Francisco, Oakland and Fairfield - and all I discovered is that none of them could not beat Stan's shuttle prices! I have thus far been delivered twice and absolutely enjoyed the ride(s). Once to Vallejo to catch the ferry to SF, and just recently to SF and in both instances the driver was very courteous, very punctual and very articulate. It is such a joy to hear nice people who know the English language which in this age and time, is butchered daily. I highly commend his drivers and their polite manners in person and by phone. On my most recent delivery by Stan's driver Wesley, he had to check at a hotel for people who had called for transport services. After arriving, the driver looked high and low for that group of people who had simply disappeared without notice nor even a call to say they were leaving... though the people may be mean and discourteous, Stan's drivers are not and this isn't because they are told to maintain this attitude but because when one is born and raised to be kind and sincere, one cannot act in any other way. Thanks Stan for your drivers and your great service. See you the next time I am stuck in Fairfield and Travis. It turns out that they were not aware of the situation like the driver had stated. They were very nice and understanding and refunded me the money we paid. There fore I think they deserve a 5 star review. The way they handled the situation showed me that they truly care about their customers. The lesson I learned is to call them directly for any inconvenience so they could assist you properly. We used this limo service for my friend's 21st birthday, and everything went great, so I decided to use it for my birthday, and honestly, I didn't like it. First off, our driver was 10 minutes late. Things happen. I get it. He went over the rules with me before getting in the SUV, and we headed out to our destination at 11 a.m., when I had scheduled to pick us up at 10:30 a.m. We arrived at our brunch reservation pretty late, but thankfully they were able to accommodate us. The only downside is that the winery that I had booked right after our brunch couldn't accommodate us any more and I got charged a 10 dollar fee for each of my guests for counseling in a short time notice. We had to find a new winery, where we could only spend a shorter amount of time than what I had originally planned because our whole trip got pushed back! On our way back, we arrived 15 minutes over the time we were supposed to be back because, again, our whole trip got pushed back! I thought that they would be understanding about the fact that our ride arrived late, but no, they were not. They charged me for those extra 15 minutes.
