They recommended a variable speed, air handler and heat pump, that could handle heating and cooling all in one unit. They walked me through the different types of heat pumps, and what would work best for my home. Since then, they've been super communicative about any maintenance and anything they can do to keep my unit running smoothly. They did such a great job, my neighbor down the street hired them to install a similar unit just after I did!

I feared it was the compressor and that it would a long time to receive parts having to go through a warranty claim and with current supply chain issues. I called Matt at 805 Elite and he came that same day, inspected the system and found out it was just the capacitor! He also gave me the option of choosing the quality of replacement parts, most folks will toss in a cheap overseas made product, but Matt carries quality made in america parts which I gladly went with. You can immediately see the difference in the quality of the capacitors just from visually seeing the parts. My service experience was great, Matt explained my options and also provided advice on things to adjust and add to the system in the future, that I'll certainly be looking into. I'm an engineer by profession, and always appreciate people that truly knowledgeable on their craft. He'll be my go to for any HVAC related issues or concerns moving forward. Call with confidence.

DO NOT HIRE - SCAM ARTIST…read more My father had an absolutely terrible experience. This so-called "air conditioner service man" is nothing but a scammer. He was paid in full-- over $30,000--for seven AC units, and not a single one of them works. On top of that, he stole over $8,000 worth of equipment that was paid for and never delivered. He never even connected the units to the power panel, making them completely useless. To make things worse, he left a massive hole in the wall, creating a safety hazard that we now have to pay someone else to fix. This man took the money and ran. Absolutely unprofessional, unethical, and should not be in business. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be ripped off.

Excellent Experience with Home Furnace and Air Conditioning!…read more After years of dealing with increasingly hot summers, I finally decided it was time to install central air conditioning. I contacted several companies for estimates, and I'm so glad I chose Home Furnace! They came out promptly and provided a quote that same evening. As a family-owned business, they handle everything from the electrical work, permits and the installation, making the entire process seamless. The installation team, Dillon and Sando, were awesome! They worked extremely well together and completed the job in just two days. They were professional, efficient, and left the work area clean and tidy. Brad, the owner, has been in the business for many years and clearly knows his stuff. He's also got a great sense of humor! His daughter, Shaena handles the scheduling and permitting, and she is incredibly organized and efficient. They were even able to schedule the installation within two weeks of providing the estimate. I'm extremely happy with my new air conditioning, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. It's refreshing to work with a family-owned company that takes pride in its work and makes customer service a priority. I highly recommend Home Furnace and Air Conditioning to anyone looking for heating or air conditioning services!
