Now the owner was so rude but took it in for a second session . When I picked it up he had destroyed the patches and my son's school letter patches. He refused to listen and asked me to take my jacket and leave. All I needed him to do was to fix or replace my patches. It's my son's senior year coming up 2024/25 and all I wanted was for his jacket to be ready for senior pictures and his senior year. He might not think this is an important piece of clothing but it showed all his hard work and effort throughout his 4 years in high school. So we always use wash dry and fold services. My husband has gone here a couple times and always enjoyed it, usually spent $50-$60 a time. I took our clothes there, the same amount as normal and they charged me $75 without even looking at the clothes. It didn't smell like they washed our clothes, some clothes came back wet, and even dirty still. Our clothes were barely folded, or very poorly folded, because of that everything is wrinkled. And almost everything was inside out. We had to put 1/4 of our clothes back into the dirty clothes to be re washed. Will not be going back, ever. We work with a ton of families that travel for work and are all in the same campground, will not be recommending to them, or anyone.

So essentially I paid $5.00 each for a wash and iron. I have also since learned that most laundries only starch while washing, and don't spray collars, cuffs, and front alone, which is what I had asked for. The folks there were nice to deal with. She only asked for my phone number and told me I'd be updated by text, with my order ready sometime the following week. The following week, I got a call saying my box of items was "deceiving" because there were more items than she originally thought, and that the total would be about $300. She then told me that because I was a new customer, she needed a $100 deposit. When I asked if all new customers are required to pay a deposit, she admitted the answer was no. I also asked if requiring a deposit was a policy. She also said no it was not. I explained that if a deposit was required, I should have been told at drop-off, not after the fact. I also pointed out that it felt unfair and selective to apply this deposit requirement . To me, it came across as biased treatment. Overall, I felt frustrated, unwelcome, and disappointed. Clear policies, transparency, and fair treatment should be the standard for any business, and unfortunately, I didn't experience that here. This place being over priced wasn't the issue as I felt the price was more of a convenience charge. Living in a small town with only one dry cleaner creates a captive market, which makes fair treatment and clear policies even more important. I'll be taking my business to Visalia..

He went back and they didn't seem to have an answer as to why they didn't do their job, where the snap was, or to refund for services they didn't provide. They then had to hunt for the snap that we provided and then frantically shoved the snap back in and said.... Well, it might fall out again I'm not sure. What kind of alteration place is this? I sent them along with other suits my WEDDING suit and found holes in my suit pants. Previously, they RUINED my very expensive suit supply suit pants a while back with no apology on the previous ones or even a reason to why they were ruined to completely no material. But did nothing. We let that one go and continued with service. But now a second time with my wedding suit with no apologies no empathy, but just said we were the ones that damaged the suit even though the suit went from the cleaners bag to putting on the same day. Completely unacceptable and will be taking our business elsewhere and recommend you do the same!
