I bought an expensive dress for my daughter's wedding at Bloomingdale's in Orange County and noticed a small tear in it when I got home so I asked them if they could fix it and they said yes. This is what they did. Brown thread on a champagne and gold dress so I can walk around the wedding looking like I have a sh*t stain on my butt. I would have rather them say they couldn't do it. I went here to have my uniforms tailored. The staff was pretty friendly, however, I wasn't satisfied initially. My uniform jacket when I picked it up wasn't to my liking. He insignia was completely off and the area where they had put on my stripes was extremely wrinkled. When I brought it back they did fix it no charge but not without asking me a lot of questions as if I somehow intentionally messed up the sewing and when I picked it up asked me if I had put the jacket in the dryer??? I just finished my recent visit to B & D cleaners. They did an absolute phenomenal job! I had all my military Uniforms cone through this shop and through for them to be able to complete my uniforms better and faster than the Naval Base is one great accomplishment. These guys will have my highest recommendation to go for dry cleaning and tailoring. I also might add that they had flawless customer service and it is very quick and easy not to mention safe with COVID going around for they require masks and they have drive through service. The service of this dry cleaning business has truly gone down. I left 2 items I needed seamed and dry cleaned; they were supposed to be ready within 2 days. I go the day it's supposed to be ready just to be told that they hadn't even gotten to my items. The least the workers can do is make a courtesy call and advise me that they weren't ready! This has happened to me 3 times already, very unreliable. As for the younger workers at the front, do better & learn some customer service skills. read more

I've been going to a place since 2015 and let's just say they've definitely made some improvements! They have a teenage associate who is friendly when greeting you which takes the fact that the others are glum away. They're quick(er) and more efficient . Only problem is, they're REALLY expensive. My uniforms were not ready for the pickup date. Came the following day they couldn't find my uniform eventually one of the workers shows up with my ticket they magically found that says my uniforms aren't due for another week. They said everything was done except my pants. So I said I will just take my uniform without the pants getting pressed, while I'm waiting I find my ticket in my car and it has the correct date which was the previous day and not a week from the time I was picking up. Did you guys really make a bogus ticket on the spot to buy more time? Then try and make me feel like I'm crazy showing up at the wrong date? Very unprofessional, took about 15-20 minutes to locate my items. This place is crazy unorganized or mismanaged. Avoid if you can! read more

Terrible. They only gave me half my order and when I called looking for it they said they didn't have it. After I spent $600 to replace my stuff they found my uniforms. Horrrible service. Was told our stuff would be done Tuesday, came in on that day and was told to come in later. No apology or explanation. Ended up coming in the next day to get our stuff since we didn't have time to come back a 2nd time the day before. Our order was not complete and AGAIN there was no apology. I just went and picked up my romper . I'd purchased it from a local clothing store and the straps were damage . I took it to B&D's and the employees were so kind and respectful . Every time I come to this cleaners it's nothing less than quality work . I really appreciate how much time they take making sure the items you turn in are pressed with standard . Rip off ...This is the same place the NEX uses for dry cleaning except if u go straight to them they charge almost double then the NEX and other nearby cleaners. I think it's unfortunate when businesses take advantage of uniformed members. I paid 13 dollars for 1 pair of khaki uniform, everywhere else it's around 8 or 9. read more

No stars here!!! This dry cleaners is THE worst I have ever been to. We were charge almost 60 dollars to have 1 jacket dry cleaned and a comforter to be washed (not dry cleaned) and once we got our items back a week after promised they were not even cleaned. It looked like someone wiped their runny nose all over the comforter and the jacket still had the pencil marks. What a disappointment!!! It took three times and still counting to get this correct. The staff has an " I don't care" attitude. I wouldn't recommend this to any one!!!!! Save your money and your time- go to another cleaners. There are several in the area. read more

The work is decent but the customer service is horrible. I dropped 4 shirts off on a Saturday to be dry cleaned and went to pick them up Tuesday after 5 (like I was told) they still weren't complete they only had 2 finished so I asked for the other 2 and I would take them elsewhere. They couldn't locate the other 2 and asked if they could call when they found them. Spoke to the owner "buzz" he really seemed to care less about the service that I was given I told him I wouldn't be coming back after this and he responded "that's fine". I'll drive the 8 miles to go to the next nearest cleaner. People like Buzz who think the lack of customer service is acceptable in a small town local business is the reason that people don't bother to attempt to pay a little more to support our local community. read more

I took in 2 toddlers vests to swap the pocket squares with each other on Tuesday and was told it would be ready on Friday. . I went on Monday to pick them up to be told they didn't even start on my son's vests but basically it wasn't a priority to them. . The worker told me (with a smirky smile on her face) that the Navy and "pagents" get priority. . Not only did I take the vests back and will pay someone else to do the alterations, I refuse to take any future alteration work there. . I won't even mind the drive to Fresno. . OMG....took one dress and one skirt to be dry cleaned....I about died when I found it was over $23.00!! Almost unbelievable. Two items for cleaning cost over $23.00. The place I usually go to in Clovis would have been $7.00. Wow....did I learn my lesson....will NEVER have anything dry cleaned here again. They agreed to redo them but it did not remove the smell. Very upsetting! Terrible! Awful! Infuriating! I have been going to this dry cleaners for a while now and have just now become completely fed up! I brought in a sweater that they ruined, I brought it to their attention and the "manager" (who is an awful, disrespectful woman) pretty much turned the blame on me. They ended up replacing the item but the owner (buzz) gave me an earful of how "rude" I was to his employees!! Excuse me, what? Try hiring people with a little intelligence and respect who understand the importance of quality customer service. Anyways, being the only dry cleaners in Lemoore, I stupidly came back. I brought a very expensive evening ball gown to get cleaned and picked it up and it was damaged everywhere!!! Beading loose, ripped seams, dirty hemline. I pointed it out and of course the awful manager (who talks to me like she's gearing up to throw down in a street gang fight) told me I should expect that when I buy a gown with beading on it. Wait, what?? They offered to fix it, I hesitantly agreed. I picked it up and the repairs were made but the dress was dirty again. I complained and asked for my money back. Of course that went over terribly. The little teenager behind the desk and manager basically ganged up on me and told me "oh well". I was so frustrated upon leaving I vowed NEVER to go back!! I'm infuriated not because my items keep getting damaged (which is disappointing in itself) but because of how I, a paying customer is treated every time I go there.
