I am floored by her customer service and true desire to deliver for her clients. I stand by my experience, but stand by even more by Danielle's desire to deliver to her clients. *** Miss Clutter sends hard-working people to your home to organize things. I was a bit disappointed by the experience, because what I truly needed were systems put in place better than what I already had in place. The lead organizer did suggest a wonderful fix for an issue I had, so I appreciated and was grateful for her thoughts on the kids' art corner. Really grateful fix with furniture I already had in the home. Wonderful win! But I didn't get any other suggestions or any issue-spotting from the lead, nor suggestions on how to improve flow in the home. I suppose my own experience with other declutter businesses--like House of Love with Colleen Collins--outshined this one because I am a tired mom who needs someone to lend their mental energy to figure things out for me: how to better organize the kids' clothes, how to create flow for my own clothes and how to create a more peaceful office. Instead, I found myself directing the helpers on what I wanted because they did not have much to add in terms of solutions or issue-spotting. Even in terms of decluttering, when I asked whether I should get rid of a particular item, the answer was "It is up to you." I know it is up to me, but o need your help. That is why I'm spending thousands of dollars on help: because I am tired and need your advice and help to declutter, and see if I have issues in my home. Danielle said she could see several issues in my home based on the videos I sent her, but I didn't really get any advice on those issues. I suppose that is why it is really helpful having Danielle's input, but she never made it. She said she was going to stop by, but was unable to. I texted her afterwards, and she sent me some entryway products, but that was the extent of her input. Another pain point was when I needed to declutter the kid bookshelf. The lead suggested I look through it and see what I wanted to get rid of. I had to ask her to remove all the books so that I could go through them one by one, then have them put them back. I know it was the end of the day, but we had at least 30 minutes and I was surprised that I had to request them to remove the items. It's hard to declutter a bookshelf when the books are stacked on the shelf. There were other examples of how I had to ask them to remove all the items so I can make decluttering choices. They did not ask whether I had other kid books/clothes/items in any part of the house, so there might have been items that missed review. As long as you come into the situation knowing that it might just be people organizing, you'll have a great experience. They make everything look beautiful and clean. I'm a mom of two kids, so the places that only saw things folded and put back will sadly last for a couple of weeks only, but if that is your aim, then you've found the right business. I hate to write a review like this, because the three people worked SO HARD and were so kind. But I felt like I was sold on one product and given another for the same expensive price tag.

He then helps you make thoughtful decisions about what to keep and creates practical, intuitive systems that reduce friction in everyday life. Keith is perceptive, patient, and completely nonjudgmental. He knows when to let you think, when to ask the question that clarifies a decision, and when to offer a strong recommendation so the project keeps moving. Nothing felt cookie cutter or imposed- the goal was always to make the space work for us, rather than forcing us into someone else's idea of an organized home. After working with him, our apartment feels calmer, more functional, and easier to maintain. He is also genuinely enjoyable to spend a long session with, which matters for this kind of work. I would recommend Keith without hesitation.

After six sessions he's not only transformed my space but my relationship to it: my home is no longer a source of stress and chaos, but a sanctuary where I can fully unwind. I can now maintain a baseline of organization with ease, without needing long weekend cleaning sessions. I know where everything is and don't need to waste time searching for my things. I never thought I could be this type of person. What's special about Keith is that he doesn't just organize, he teaches you the skills required for maintaining an organized home over the long term, tailored to you. He's trained with Marie Kondo and specializes in organizing for ADHD. He asks excellent questions in the decluttering process and has brilliant strategies for organization--I don't have ADHD but find that his methods work very well for my busy pace of life. I've developed a better understanding of why disorganization happens and how to address them and create systems as needed. All that to say, working with Keith is one of the best investments I've ever made. He's also a lovely person to spend an afternoon with, and always communicative, warm, and incredibly punctual. I'm so grateful to him and could not recommend his services more.

Enter Juli Julie transformed our home. We started with the obvious spaces like kids rooms and toys, we loved the outcome so much that we ended up doing the entire house, and also our garage. It has been about 6 months and everything still is holding the systems Juli put in place and the organization. It's really amazing how it holds up, and it has made our home feel so much better and it makes us all more efficient and calmer moving through our busy lives. One of my favorite parts was how Juli helps to donate everything and find thoughtful good homes for the things you decide to let go of. I find that's often the hardest part of the process. But Juli takes all of that on, and I always knew everything was going to find a good new home. I would do it again in a second, and hope to have Juli come back just to keep us on track. Total game changer and an amazing investment. Also, Juli is lovely to have around. Feels like a friend helping us get our life in order.

She's all business and will get things done. Her team is working non-stop the whole time they are organizing. My husband is super sentimental and has a ton of stuff. He has a lot of hobbies and every item has a story. I saw her approach to both of us and she adapted her team to meet each of our needs. I felt the efficiency. He felt heard. Our garage is like storage - tons of holiday decor, lots of party equipment (we host a lot!), part gym, part office, etc. There really was a ton of stuff. Everything is so organized now and we are so happy everytime we go in there! Her team was great. Everything went smoothly.

Disappointing and Judgmental Consultation -- Especially Given the Advertised ADHD Expertise…read more Since COVID, our home has gradually become more and more cluttered, and I finally decided it was time to make a change. I was ready to invest in professional help and reached out to More Time For You because Lori Krolik's professional profile listed "ADD/ADHD Expertise." This was particularly important to me because my child has ADHD. I was hoping to find someone who could understand the challenges our family faces and help us develop practical, sustainable organizing systems. I had already spoken with several professional organizers, but my consultation with Lori was unfortunately a very negative experience. When I tried to explain my background, our situation, and what I was hoping to accomplish during our phone consultation, she interrupted me and said she didn't want to hear about that (which I thought it was a little rude). Instead, she immediately asked me to give her a virtual tour of our home. After the tour, rather than discussing possible solutions, she made several comments that I found extremely judgmental and hurtful, including comments along the lines of: * "How did you get here?" * "You said you organized this area (inside the cabinet), but I still see a mess on the countertop." * "You said you're not a hoarder, but I think you are." I also explicitly told her that my child has ADHD and that one of my main goals was to reorganize my child's room. Despite knowing this, Lori suggested that our child's difficulties with organization were partly due to us, as parents, not setting a good example. I found this particularly insensitive. I fully understand that our home needs significant work. That is exactly why I was seeking professional help in the first place. I was prepared to invest the time and money necessary to make meaningful changes. I also understand that not every professional organizer is the right fit for every client. Lori explained that her preferred approach involves gathering items together and sorting them, and that the amount of clutter in our home would make the project difficult for her team. I would have completely respected her decision if she felt our project was not a good fit for her services. What disappointed me was not her assessment of the amount of work involved, but the way she communicated it and her attitude toward me as a potential client. What makes this experience especially disappointing is the information presented on her own website. More Time For You's FAQ specifically addresses how professional organizing can help people with ADD/ADHD, discussing the importance of creating appropriate systems and routines. Her website also states: "We provide the encouraging and non-judgmental voice you need to get the job done." Unfortunately, my consultation felt like the exact opposite of that promise. I sought her services specifically because I believed her advertised experience with ADD/ADHD would mean a greater understanding of the challenges neurodivergent individuals and families may face. Instead, I felt dismissed, criticized, and shamed during a consultation in which I was simply trying to ask for help. I believe people who reach out to professional organizers are often already feeling overwhelmed or embarrassed about the condition of their homes. Seeking help can take courage, and being met with judgment rather than understanding can make that process even more difficult. For neurodivergent individuals and families considering More Time For You, I would strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about their approach to ADHD, communication style, and how they handle challenging organizing situations before committing to their services. Based on my consultation, I personally would not feel comfortable working with Lori. I hope future clients seeking help receive the empathy and professionalism described on the company's website.

After a year of reading books that didn't help, watching the place get more and more cluttered and feeling myself getting more and more overwhelmed, I finally reached out for help. I highly recommend Cody, both as an organizer and an ambassador of calm. She's friendly and personable and fun to be around, and the systems she's helping me put into place have, after just a few weeks, changed our lives considerably. We're all far more inclined to put things away now that we know where everything goes and what our space is for, and all of us, right down to my first-grader, are visibly less stressed out. My husband's blood pressure has even gone down! She's taught us how to look at our house and our things differently, how to figure out what we're doing in each space and how to organize our belongings to make work in each space feel effortless. It isn't just "put this here, put that there"; instead it feels like you're getting a master lesson in how to move through your own life with all it's many accompanying things without simultaneously drowning in paperwork and clutter. I'm seeing our whole house with new eyes. I have a much better grasp now on what I want to keep or give away, what's valuable to me and my goals, and what's just fetter. I don't usually write a lot of reviews, but I really wanted to write this one because I think a lot of people are in households like mine; where a sense of overwhelm prevails over calm on a regular basis, where it feels impossible to make a routine and stick to it. Before I did it, spending money for an organizer felt too indulgent, but now that I've seen what our living space feels like after having Cody here, I can say that it isn't indulgent at all - it's the best money we've spent on our mental health in a long time.

Tl;dr: Nicoll is AMAZING and clearly knows what she's doing when it comes to professionally…read moreorganizing your home! Read on below if you want more details about the whole process. So...here's the thing about me. I love stuff. I love having a variety of stuff. I love having colorful pens, cute bags, books...you name it, and I probably started collecting some of it at some point. I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with wanting to have and own those things. But what I did notice was that the sheer amount of that stuff was really starting to stress me out. Things didn't have a place. My closet and dresser and drawers were stuffed to the brim. I found it difficult to enjoy these fun things I owned because they were mixed in with other things I didn't enjoy or use anymore. I found that I was hanging onto so many items for years "just in case," and the case would never arrive. I'd tried for years with things like the minimalist challenge and reading self help books to try and get rid of things, but I couldn't seem to make a dent. That's where Nicoll came in. My partner helped me find Nicoll on Yelp and connected the two of us together. We had an introductory phone call where she asked me some questions, and I shared my frustrations with getting rid of things and really needing help with it. We ended up making an appointment for a week later where she showed up with her toolkit and bag of bags for donations. We did a little walk around and I shared areas of stress for me and what I wanted out of the space, which was to know where everything was and to know what I owned. After the intro assessment we dove right in. In the next few hours we: ⁃ Took EVERYTHING out of my closet and purged SO much of it. We went piece by piece and she helped ask clarifying questions (when did I last wear it? Do I like it?) and could usually pick up on if I actually liked something. I noticed patterns of how I reacted when I loved something vs when I wasn't sure or was sort of convincing myself. This is an exercise I tried doing before on my own, but when there's someone standing there, who you paid to help you, who's not attached to your stuff....let me tell you, it changes the game. I found myself deciding to donate (and sometimes sell) what must have been at least a third of my closet (clothes, hats, bags, electronics, etc). ⁃ She busted out her label maker and helped organize and label shelves in categories that made sense. Now I know where everything is! ⁃ She packed up all the items I decided to donate into bags and packed them into her car. It ended up being about 15 bags of things which was absolutely wild to me. Nicoll taking these bags out of my house was a game changer, because there have been many times I've decided to donate items that just end up sitting there in bags for months! I noticed that night going to bed that my room felt emptier, in a really good way. It felt calmer, cleaner, and like I could breathe a bit easier. Some people might read this and think that they shouldn't have to hire someone to help them organize. I know for myself that I hit a wall when it came to organizing on my own, and I needed to ask for help. I'm so glad I did, because it changed my life and my relationship with "stuff." I'm confident that Nicoll will be able to help you if you need it, and I cannot recommend her enough!
