If you are in the Escondido area you have to check this place out, my only regret is not starting years ago!! There is a great energy coming from the mats and it all starts with the owner/professor Michael and the other experienced students. I have been welcomed and encouraged with a friendly, positive atmosphere even though this a "no frills" style of jiu jitsu. I feel that even when class is full, I still get the instruction and attention I need as a newer white belt. Safety and cleanliness are top priorities at this gym which was very important to me. The pricing is incredibly reasonable and there has been no pressure for sales or any other extra stuff most gyms try to stick you into buying.
