So unprofessional and inconsiderate to patients. First and last time that I visit this clinic. In top of that, if you have Delta Dental, they will charge you out of pocket for "cancer screaming" which is the doctor touching your tongue "looking for a tumor". I'd recommend specifically telling them not to do that because they'll charge you after the fact without asking you first if you're ok. I really can't imagine a worst clinic. Stay away.

But even so, the wait never feels too long. During the visit, the hygienists were polite and talked me through every step of the cleaning. They also worked with me in regards to getting x-rays done on my teeth for the first time, and were so accommodating when I asked for modifications due to my thyroid. When I needed work done on my teeth, Dr. Kamel throughout explained what needed to be done, how it would be done, and what timeline I should consider to ensure that my teeth are getting the best care. My needs came first whenever I got dental work done as they would check on my comfort level, ask if I needed any changes to the procedure, and ask if I was okay after it was done. And as someone who hates tooth drilling (a lot), they make it easy! There was no mystery on any procedures or their cost. The office is very upfront. It is also easy for me to make subsequent appointments because the office staff guided me on what dates/times are available and work with me to see what is best for my schedule (the appointments aren't that long either). I live up north and consider it well worth the travel. The location is great too since you can go and shop right after you're done, or visit some shops before you go in. It's worth it if you're in the area!

Unaware that the practice was sold, I called in to make a cleaning appointment. There was a different woman that answered the phone that usually took care of scheduling and she was not there. I then asked that I wanted to make an appointment with the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth previously and I was told that she no longer works there either. Finally I asked where is everyone and I was told that Gilson retired and practice was sold. So needless to say I bolted from this practice as they were not straightforward to begin with. This past week (June 22, 2026) they sent me a text message asking me to schedule a routine visit that they haven't seen me since 2021. At first I thought it was the dental practice where I recently visited the week before and had a cleaning, but I soon realized it was not that office. I began to think what other office has my records. Clearly, they never saw me to begin with and clearly Dr. Steven Gilson sold my patient records to this practice. I replied back in a text message that know which dental practice it was and that they never ever saw me. Full stop but they made it seem that I was last there in 2021.
