I was recently sideswiped and needed work done on my car. I've driven by this body shop a few times so I decided to stop in and get a quote. Upon arriving I was met by Arnold. His exceptional knowledge and professionalism is the reason I'm not going to any other shops. He was courteous and completely honest about what needed to be done to fix my car as well as lead time to get the job done. It's not often you get to a shop and are told cold hard facts. read more

Even with the holidays in between, the team at Caliber managed to get my car back to me earlier than originally promised. They even stayed late on New Year's Eve to get my car done!! I was updated continuously with the status of my car. Great service and awesome team work, very knowledgeable. Thank you again, my car looks brand new again. Brought my 2016 Hyundai Sonata because it was broken into and I wasn't sure whether to go through the insurance or estimate to pay out of pocket. So I spoke to the gentleman Arnold who was very polite and professional and he suggested to go through insurance. I would definitely bring it back once I get the claim going. It's a scary/overwhelming process but Arnold has gone above and beyond to make this process as simple as possible. 0 Stars if I could against this place. Specifically for their "Manager" Charles. Apparently my appointment was canceled the night before and he didn't even bother helping me resolve this issue. Maybe next time I should come in after he's had his coffee? Stay away from this place. read more

However, when I came to the wonderful team at Caliber Collision, they put my discomfort at ease. They went above and beyond with customer service. Taylor was very informative and kept me in the loop with all updates. Denise provided humourous anecdotes, making me feel very welcome. These ladies worked tirelessly to solve the issues with my vehicle. They are very skilled in what they do, I couldn't ask for better assistance. I was referred to Caliber collision by my insurance company. Being that I haven't been in a car accident for 25 years I had so many questions. Denise at the front desk was so helpful. She had answers for all my questions, ordered a rental car for me and was very friendly. I took my car in on a tuesday and had it back by Friday (not too bad of damage). The car came out perfect and everyone I spoke with at the shop were very friendly. Unfortunately my father was in an accident a week after and you know where I sent him. I couldn't have asked for a more painless, better experience. Very professional and a pleasure to do business with. read more

Caliber Collision in Whittier is my new go-to place for auto body repair. My car was hit from behind and there was damage to the bumper. My insurance company recommended Caliber Collision so I called and made an appointment with Denise. From the initial phone call to the quick return of my car Denise was an assuring voice during the entire repair process. When I arrived at Caliber's Whittier office I was greeted by Taylor as I was getting out of my car. Taylor was super-friendly and took me into the office and introduced me to Denise. Denise explained the entire repair process (including how she was going to keep me informed during all steps of the repair) and she kept her promises. A few days later my car was done and it looks just like new. They did an incredible job. In addition to my insurance repair I had Caliber Whittier repair some minor damage under two of the doors. Another repair place quoted me over $1,200.00 so I didn't have the work done. Caliber did the work for $280.00 - over $900.00 less. Denise and Taylor provided the best customer service experience possible. They were in communication with me every day. I highly recommend Caliber Whittier to everyone who needs their vehicle repaired. Bravo Denise & Taylor ! read more

From the moment I called the office, Azelea was very helpful and professional providing me with all information. Day 2, took car in for estimates. Taylor introduces herself with a warm welcome handshake and guides me thru the necessary work that needs to be done. Taylor was outstanding in keeping me informed on a day to day basis on the progress of my car. Charles was also extremely helpful in staying in contact with me about my vehicle. Worst decision I ever made. This shop will max out your deductible and work quality like they are practicing on your car. They don't bother to replace the screws. Did not even re-attached wires so i was backing up without reverse lights the whole time! Don't bother to ask for quote because they will raise it up right after you accept it. read more
