Since insurance covered the repairs (no fee on our end), we especially appreciated how much care and quality went into the work as they easily could have done the bare minimum... Communication throughout was clear, and we always felt like we knew what was happening with the repair timeline. The turnaround time was about 1.5 to 2 weeks. When we got the car back, the front looked completely restored like nothing had ever happened. The paint matching and body work looked seamless. The biggest surprise was that they had also detailed the car inside and out before returning it to us. The interior was spotless, the exterior was shining, and honestly the car looked better than it had in months. It felt like getting a brand new car back. Accidents are never fun, but having a repair shop that's efficient, communicative, and genuinely goes the "extra mile" makes a huge difference. I was a TAD worried since my friend was a bit ugh with the Caliber Collision franchise but I think that's the nature of franchised businesses. Depends on where you go and not every single one is the same. This Caliber Collision center was one of the top rated collision repair centers recommended by Triple AAA and was closest to me so I decided to stop in and get my Tesla merged in Honda Fit repaired here. This was during the super busy and fisted time of the year, mid to late December so I had so much to do, but they were able to see me earlier than my 10 AM appointment and they were nice enough to use a courtesy vehicle to take me to the dental appointment that I had in the same morning. All of the staff who talked with me, even in person, or over the phone, or through text (my preferred means of communication) was super friendly and accommodating and made the experience much more streamlined. Uberto (not sure how to spell his name), but the driver who drove the courtesy vehicle was very chill and provided great customer service. I don't usually like talking to drivers when I go places, but he truly is a conversationalist. At the actual waiting lobby, they have complimentary Keurig machine and little water bottles. They had a good variety of teas, coffees, and hot chocolate withe all of the fixings too. There's some mints and chocolate candies as well. I also liked the fish that they had there as well. Very well taken care of and I'm glad they get a lot of swimming space (big kudos as another fellow exotics keeper). I think the only thing that was a bit annoying was the link that the text message sent to me regarding the repairs gave me an estimate for the pick up date, but not really a time and I had to keep calling to double check and make sure since my end of December schedule was packed with traveling and others visiting. I had to leave my car there overnight because of the timing, but they were kind enough to let me do that. GREAT JOB with the repairs and big surprise that they cleaned up my car (a bit embarrassing). They tossed out my trash bag, vacuumed, wiped things up, moved things to the trunk. I did not expect that. Thank you! Turned in my car cause it was recommended by my insurance company. Been here before they usually do good work. But this time they lost a customer. It's how my situation unfolded to find the truth that brings me to frustration. Received my car back right before New Year's Eve. Work was quick and was very pleased at first. But throughout the week while my commute to work, my car kept making a sound I've never heard before, but it was not consistent. After a long commute I notice my dash read "key not detected"... I thought it was strange because I just replaced my battery just last month. I kept driving thinking it must've just been a one-off situation, as it went away. However, later in the week I couldn't even enter my car. So I finally decided to check the key battery. Hoping it's just that and nothing to do with my hybrid battery system. When I go to remove my key from the remote... I immediately notice something is off. It was difficult to slide out. Still nothing suspicious, I just assume the key was dirty. I open the remote and look at the battery and immediately notice something wrong. The battery is not the battery I bought! How do I know? Because I only buy two brands and I'm a man of habit. The brands I buy are only name brands cause generic ones do not last. But to verify I check my bank account to look for the purchase (such as small amount, and I only use a certain card for my Car expenses... I'm a person of habit). I find out the date of purchase, and see it was at Best Buy. Check my Best Buy account and look at my past receipts to verify my assumption was correct. The brand was energizer... but it gets better... the no-name cheap battery they replaced it with wasn't even the right size!!! So the sound my car was making was my car's security system acting up, luckily my engine shut-off on me while I was on the freeway! Still I thought it's not a big deal, just an inconvenience, I'll just buy another battery and move along.... But I had a difficult time to put my remote back together so I called a friend who also has a Lexus and ask if I can see their keyfob to compare. After inspection I come to find they actually broke my keyfob!!! I closely examine and realize they tried to hide the incident because the slot where the key slides into place, had some residue (maybe some type of glue) that's why my key was hard to slide out. And it's missing a piece that locks the key in!! So that's why they had to add some glue, cause my key wouldn't completely lock-in to place. Now if they just told me I wouldn't be as angry... but the fact they tried to hide it and cover it up makes me mad. I'm assuming the car techs tossed my key instead of handing it and it dropped/smashed on the ground & it fell apart. Or something of the like, where it would have enough impact to damage the plastic. What makes things even more irritating is that my key is Lexus, not Honda, Kia, or something that is easily replaced online!! And even if it were those brands, they should be treating other peoples property with respect. Keyfobs are expensive!!! I reported this to my insurance company, they told me the manager said they wanted me to go back in person.. but all trust is out the window and I'm not wasting gas or anymore energy with them. So instead of going in person to prove it, I'll write in here and prove it with attached photos, even my receipt of purchased battery. If you want to go here it's up to you. Gave two stars cause my car looks good so far, I'll find out if the paint job was done right within the year. Hopefully that's all the issues cause I don't want to do business here again. If you want to do business here that's on you, BUT would you trust someone with your car, if you couldn't even trust them with your keys? There's one thing thats certain here: Not only do they hire people without the integrity to own up to their mistakes, but they are shady enough to try to hide it. I've already had a headache dealing with an accident, they just prolonged it. It's the principle of the incident that bothers me most. If I didn't find out about this, The key-locking mechanism didn't properly secure my key into the remote. That meant I could've lost the remote and I would have to go to the dealership to purchase a replacements and pay for them to reprogram it. And it wouldn't be a situation of "if" but "when" it would eventually fall off my keychain. Two stars cause I was still able to drive my car back home and my car was fixed... but I paid for that service. So that's the bare minimum. Also frustrating that they constantly bug you for a review through their email using their corporate 3rd party link... I found this after I wrote a good review. read more

This is a late review, but I wanted to share my experience from Caliber from 9 months ago. Unfortunately, having to work with these guys means that you were involved in, or received damage to your car. The process with them is efficient as they work with your insurance and even with Enterprise next door to get you in a rental quickly. The repairs took less than a week considering that it was the week after Labor Day weekend. Apparently, the number of customers was huge because of the holiday. Anyway, when I picked up my car, the damage area was nowhere to be found. They even repaired the molding around my rear passenger side wheel that was broken before the accident. In the case you need auto body repairs, hopefully not, but if you do, this business is great. read more

Terrible Experience! Estimator refuse to follow process. Brought car in for an estimate after an accident, this place is one of the body shops on the list from insurance company. The person who came out to do the "estimate" refused to write up an estimate, and instead told us to leave the car there for repairs immediately, same day. He was rude and not helpful at all. We told him that per insurance process, they have to provide us and the insurance company an estimate, and he still won't even budge. Now, the claim is stuck because still no estimate. Customer service here is really good, they make a point to contact you and let you know what's happening with your car, maybe a little too much contact if you don't like your phone blowing up with notifications. My service advisor was Eunice. She was very knowledgeable and she was easy to reach. I did find it funny that my car was done way faster than estimated, but when I got it back my window wouldn't roll down when it was able to roll down before. I caught it before I left so they were able to fix it for me right there. But maybe check everything first before giving me my car back, I'd rather get it back on time / later with everything working then get it sooner and something's wrong. There was also some piece missing so I had to come back another time to get it installed, they said it would come Monday morning but it didn't actually come until Wednesday. Also, when I got my car back it was quite dirty on the floor area on the drivers side. A lot of dirty footprints I ended up having to clean off. The repair work looked good though, I had a dent on the side of my car from someone backing into my car and it looks brand new. Overall I had a nice experience, seems like the actual mechanics are a hit and miss though with their attention to detail and leaving my car dirty. This isn't a complaint about this specific location but they send so many reminders to fill out their survey. I got like 10+ text messages and emails. Honest feedback: EUNICE deserves a raise for always giving 100% at all times. If it was not for HER extreme sense of CUSTOMER SERVICE skills, I would have NEVER done business here, at least at this location, AND advised EVERYONE I meet to AVOID this place (I am in my 30s so I will meet a lot of people in my years ahead). NEVER in any years of my own career, have I EVER been treated like a plague for being a PAYING CUSTOMER, than what I experienced here by the TWO front desk ladies this establishment decided to hire, From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt I was being yelled at right away, instead of greeted, "HI CAN I HELP YOU?!!, FILL THIS UP AND TAKE A SEAT THERE," I rolled my eyes & almost wanted to run out. Thankfully Eunice came out & I had the lovely chance of meeting her and from the first second, she provided the best service with care, explained process & guidelines clearly & with respect as I should be since I am a paying customer not a random person wasting everyone's time. It's too bad when it comes to make payment, I had to be redirected to the front desk ladies, who acted like they own a million bucks. I am pretty sure their own cousins or boyfriends can't even pay this kind of amount I am paying out of pocket for my service, but to waste even one second being RUDE to me is clearly unnecessary, let alone ACCEPTABLE. They yelled "NO CASH, CARD ONLY!", which would've been fine but the fact that they said it with attitude and condescendingly, without understanding that I AM NOT A REGULAR CUSTOMER or even an employee that should know the rules and handbook by heart, so EXCUSE ME FOR HEARING IT FOR THE FIRST TIME! And to top it off being un-sympathetic to my card spending limit (which was $3K daily) to which when I let them know, they both scoffed at me and one asking if I "..will have enough for gas/food/groceries?" is PATRONIZING! As we digress, Eunice's service is 100/100 and if she were to EVER LEAVE this establishment, I would still recommend her to everyone I know might needed service. As for the two guard dogs at the front desk, let's hope they are RELATED somehow to the owner/managers here, otherwise this location will turn into a DYING business sooner than later as you keep getting complaints about them. read more
