This Review is for Caliber Collision at 3169 Los Feliz Dr. T.O CA 91362. I recently received an email that they can not find me their list and I might be referring to another Caliber Collision which absolute pathetic and non-sensical. No, I am referring to the one in Los Feliz Dr. I never ever forget the attitude, behavior, body and face gesture which was absolutely unprofessional, immoral and undignified. The are trying to manipulate and deceive public. They have picture of my damaged car on their web page and I was in contact with Keith and Josh who were so prejudice, dishonest and undignified. The email address they mention in their response is full of non-sense. I have contacted Caliber Collision head quarter twice and spoke with their area manger and the were corrupted also. I have the same review which is as followed: Insurance Fraud. Charge insurance for unnecessary items. Because insurance does not check them out. Bunch of liars and cheats with no morality, mercy, dignity and ethics. So so prejudice. So money oriented. Estimated 32K, but true cost was 9K. Poor quality of paint, repair work and keep the car for long time. Do not believe them. Every time I see Caliber Collision signs anywhere it would disgusts me. They left a bad taste and bad memory. They drove my car for their personal use. My black box shows that car was at advisors house in Simi Valley the night before car being picked up. I was at shop early morning to pick up my car and I saw advisor drove to shop driveway and gate was closed and parked behind the gate. They denied that, but GPS and Blackbox does not lie. It is absolutely unethical to park car at personal house over night. Be careful. read more

I recently had my Audi A6 serviced at Caliber Auto Body in Thousand Oaks, located at 3169 Los Feliz Drive, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, I felt confident that my car was in great hands. Fernando Diaz, the service advisor, was exceptional. He kept me informed via text and phone calls every step of the way, providing regular updates on the progress of the repairs. His clear and consistent communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Trenton Bell, the general manager, also deserves high praise. The attention to detail in the repair work was outstanding. They fixed two of my car doors and repainted the vehicle, and the results are truly impressive. The quality of the work speaks volumes about the professionalism and expertise of the team at Caliber. They made sure I was very satisfied. Overall, my experience was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend Fernando Diaz, Trenton Bell, and the entire team at Caliber Auto Body for their top-notch service and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend my friends and family to them. read more

I have a 2019 4 door jeep wrangler JL and I have been doing a bunch of modifications to it! I am able to do most of it on my own. However, when it comes to strength, I really need help - as I am 5'8ft woman with the upper body weight of an inchworm I initially came in to get the factory bolts loosened on the door hinges so I could replace them with a door step. Despite my confidence in loosening the bolts myself I had to go into caliber collision for them to loosen it for me! I cannot tell you how much time they saved me and probably prevented me ruining my car if I tried to do loosen the bolts myself! I am so grateful for Trenton Bell - he was so incredibly kind and he immediately jumped right away to help me! He got the bolts loosened and I was able to put them on... however I ran into another issue ( always happens) I needed to bring it back so that he could re-align the door and the hinges! Again, I am so humbled by this and cannot be more grateful for Trent and the guys who helped him fix this for me! Not only did he realign the one door but he also put on the step for me! Thank y'all so much!!! read more

One of the best experiences I've ever had with ANY business, let alone a body shop. I was there for the first time this week. My car had to be dropped off for a day, and the back bumper needed repair. Not only did they do an impeccable job - above and beyond - but every interaction I had with the employees made me feel extremely important. From the manager on down, this place has a downright incredible staff. It's not easy to do what these people do - run a business filled with customers who are dealing with generally unpleasant things, and yet have a totally friendly, kind, patient, and PRESENT staff. I cannot praise Caliber Collision in Thousand Oaks enough. I suggest taking the time to thank the manager and other staff members when you're done. They deserve to hear compliments all day long. read more

This, unfortunately, is the third car that Caliber has repaired. I took my daughters Mazda to Caliber for a fender "incident". Omar looked at the damage, gave me a verbal estimate and I said to go ahead and order the parts. I told Omar I was going to pay for the repair. He gave me a fair price, went through everything they would do. When I picked up the car it was perfect. Looked like new. Each time I have been to Caliber I have had an excellent experience. I would not even consider another repair shop. They and Omar get my highest recommendation. Rick B. read more

What can I say, the work here at Caliber is simply outstanding!!! After the repair was done on my car it looked brand new, like the damage had never even happened. I am so pleased with the quality of their work as well as the customer experience. Both Hilary and Monica in the front office were extremely helpful and caring throughout the whole process. They continuously kept me well informed of the status of the repair all the way to picking up my vehicle. Mike is definitely running a great shop here! I would strongly recommend Caliber for your repair needs. read more

Trent is amazing, he's the kind of manager who actually follows through, cares about your vehicle, and makes sure everything is handled the right way. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was friendly and professional, but Trent really took care of us. He got my car finished earlier than expected and made the whole process easy and stress-free. That level of service is rare! Hard to trust people with your car, time & money, but I'd trust Trent and this team again without hesitation. Highly recommend! read more

Fantastic job and the best communication and reassurance in care. No wonder the dealership highly recommended this shop. Looks like new and lightning turn around. Jason was extremely caring and reassuring of my concerns with insurance claim, parts and Paint and all. Amazing quality here. Parts and paint almost over night. Dropped off Monday and driving it Friday. If you're reading this, your search and stress is over looking for a confident repair and guarantee. Thanks Jason and Thousand Oaks Caliber!!! read more

My daughter had been in an accident with heavy front end damage. We spoke to Jason and had the car towed to Calibur Colliison. Jason kept us informed regularly so we knew what was going on. Unfortunately, her car was totaled. He had let us know because the fire shield was broken, it was the safest determination. The people in the office were kind and helpful as well. I will definitely go back to them again and would recommend them without hesitation! Eileen A read more
