Lots of layers later, this car was looking brand, spanking new - just like in the Mercedes brochures. Didn't take very long to get it back either. I do know that depends on how much ice/snow/fast drivers are on the road at any given time. The more of those three, the more Jerry's has cars lined up to redo. Redo - that's a woman's perspective on auto detail. Jerry's has been there for years so they must be doing something pretty, stinking right.

They refuse to take any appointments for oil changes and they don't care that customers want appointments. I have gone several times to get an oil change this month to be turned away because they are too busy and can't get it done before they close. So I ask when would be a better time. They always say between 2-3 pm. Yet that's the time I've been coming and I keep getting refused service. I pressed and asked why appointments can't be made and was told it's because the owners don't feel it's necessary. Um clearly the owners are clueless because the customers want it and when customers are being turned away it's clear you need appointments. I was told the owners are aware that customers want appointments but they refuse to do it.

Oscar, our sales person did a great job of setting up test drives, explaining options, etc... It was now closing time, so we all agreed to come back in the morning to try to make a deal. That evening we seen online, other Buick dealers giving $1,000 more than they were offering. We asked for the additional money off our deal, and the MANAGER on duty simply said "NO". Deal done! No sale, no conversation, just no! We left there at 10:30 am and went directly to Valley Buick and by Noon, we had a new Buick. Terrible customer service by the MANAGER!!!!

They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. The result was like new, the workmanship was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Latuff Brothers for auto body repairs. While they are quite busy, I really appreciated their work ethic and their skills.

The parts guy says he's going to help out and give me a deal and knock $50 off the price. The final price was full list. He didn't need to lie and act like he's giving me a deal because I knew what the list price is. Won't be going back.

You would think they would at least have the decency to finish the job after they charge $7K. Also, when I got my vehicle back it now reeks of cigarette smoke.
