It took over 3 weeks to complete a small job on my bumper and the car looks worse than when I dropped it off. The excuse I was given was that the clips on the part of the car that was *not* damaged were broken because they had been taken on and off too many times. Who, if not this company, has been taking it on and off? No response to that. I also felt that a condescending tone was taken with me versus my husband. It's disappointing to have paid over $1000 for a car that was returned in worse condition and $1000 for needing a rental car for 3 weeks. Update: when I turned the car on the check engine light was on and they failed to attach the temperature sensor. I had the car engine fully serviced at the dealership prior to dropping it off for the body work so I know with absolutely certainty that it was not on. I have requested a full refund.
