The car only need about $5000 worth of work and a spoiler added to the rear trunk. I told Josh to take his time and there was no time limit to get the car back. I returned back to my duty location in Fort Bliss, Texas in El Paso, Texas. It took him 9 months to fix what would take just 4 days to fix. I had to check in with this con artist at least 3 times a month to see where he was at. Each time he would say he is waiting on the parts to come in and he would start on it. So I grew tired of his excuses and I helped to expedite the situation. I bought the parts straight from the dealer to help him when I was in Dayton. I spent money straight out of my pocket so he wouldn't have to have any more excuses. Finally after 4 months and a surprise visit he started on the car. Needless to say he had already installed the after market rear spoiler and it was hideous and atrocious. There was paint runs everywhere and mixed paints. I was livid and he promised to correct them. It would be another 2 months before I could return back to Dayton and still the car wasn't done. The excuse this time was that he was waiting on a radiator to come in. Finally after 8 months I flew in and visited him with yet another surprise I told him to finish up and I was taking the car to the dealership and have it finished out of pocket. He was a little shocked and begged to finish the car. So out of stupidity on my behalf I let him keep the car and I would pick it up in 30 days finished. On the 30th day, I arrived to pick up the car and it was completed but the car looked like it had been completed by a high school teenager. There was over spraying on the engine, even inside of the car which pissed me off beyond words and to top it off the radiator was missing the cap. After all that this clown had the audacity to ask for $2200 for the lousy work he did. I was pissed and paid it and after 30 minutes of walking out of the office I cancelled it through my bank. I then had the car transported to local Nissan dealership. After a day the service manager called me and he laughed because the body shop had never seen such work so shoddy. But here is the highlight of the review. After I took the car to the dealership, they found something in the trunk of the car. They found a bag of marijuana and called the police because of it. Fortunately for me I had never touched the car and they traced the fingerprints back to one of the workers from Josh's auto body that was later fired I assume. Either way I almost lost my car over these worthless clowns and I had to was lucky for the court to throw this out because of my military career. The moral of the story is DO NOT take your car here. If you value your life, money, sanity, and your morals do not take your car here. You will get taken and worse you might lose your car. This guy does business with a lot of drug dealers and they keep him in business. Go somewhere else.

Their shop is modern and absolutely spotless. They are very friendly and professional. You'll actually enjoy working with them. Their work is top notch and fast. Every project I have done with them has been on or below estimated cost and on time. And best of all they are bend-over-backward focused on honest customer care. On my last project, they spent several days and rode with us multiple times to diagnose a problem I thought was a major suspension issue. When I picked up the car several days later I expected a bill of over a thousand, or at least hundreds. They said the issue was with the exhaust and once they found the problem they were able to address it by simply doing some bending and tightening. So they charged me nothing! I told them they had spent hours tracking the problem down and I wanted to pay them, but they refused payment. Give these guys a shot. You'll be glad you did!

I was…read morecontacted by the dealership and they have resolved the issue to my satisfaction with regard to the finance person misleading me into signing a contract that was much too high due to his adding an extended warranty, which resulted in the need for Gap Insurance. The contract was re-written with the lower dollar amount, saving me over $70 a month on my payment. (After him telling me removing the extended warranty and gap insurance wouldn't lower my payment at all.) Now if I can get something done about the mechanic who evaluated my trade-in and lied about it having an oil leak around the head gasket (it doesn't).
