    As a returning customer, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service, communication & my overall experience this time around. I purchased a brand new vehicle in 2020 from here & had such a great experience that I assumed it would be the same the second time around... I could not have been more wrong. We spent 4 1/2 hours there on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 looking at vehicles, getting approvals, etc... the vehicle we were interested in was at the Fairfield location & needed transferred to Springfield - no big deal! Our salesman, Kenny, promised us this vehicle for test drive by Friday - didn't happen but no big deal, things happen. He then promised us this vehicle Saturday morning & that we could keep it to test drive through the weekend - didn't happen. Monday, August 26th rolled around & at 10:30am I had not been contacted by anyone with an update on the transferred vehicle. So I called the dealership & asked to speak with a Sales Manager & got sent to his voicemail. So I texted & called my salesman, no answer initially, & when I received a call back from him, he told me the drivers took the van from the Fairfield location to the Kentucky location & left it there on Saturday evening. The salesman gave me every excuse & told me he was personally going to drive to Kentucky to pick up the vehicle because he can get the vehicle faster than any of the drivers they have & he would have the vehicle delivered to my house by Monday evening. After not receiving any updates for SIX HOURS I reach out once again for an update & the salesman told me he was stranded in West Chester because the vehicle transmission failed! Mind you, this vehicle only had 48,000 miles on it & somehow passed the service inspection on Friday. Of course I am beyond frustrated at this point so I call the dealership again & request to speak with a manager, get transferred to his voicemail again & then I tell my salesman I would like someone from management to reach out to me. Roughly an hour or so later, I spoke with Grady from management who went on & on about how sorry he is for the experience, lack of communication & that he wants to help get me into another vehicle. Here we are, Tuesday, August 27th after I shared my interest in another vehicle that I would like to test drive that needs transferred from their Cincinnati location & no van. I told my salesmen at 11:15am what vehicle I was interested in & after not receiving an update all day, I contacted him at 5:30pm asking for an update & was told there is no update because they haven't been able to get ahold of anyone at their other dealership. Seriously? No update after almost SIX HOURS? Do yourself & your time a favor & take your business where it will be prioritized & valued. Jeff Wyler Springfield will do nothing but give you excuses & a headache. I have attached screenshots between myself & our salesman displaying the lack of communication unless I made contact requesting an update, constant excuses & just an overall poor experience.

    Don't waste your time going here. If you aren't car savvy you will get played. They have skimp inventory, shrewd salesmen, and worse managers. You'll get cheap coffee and no class. Go to Columbus. I am moving and want to sell my RAM. I went in today to sell my 2021 2500 Limited after an online KB valuation. Fair trade in value was 68-75k. They texted me at about 8am and said "we would love to buy your truck! 66,000 cash offer". I figured the message was automated since I got a cash offer weeks earlier in Dayton for 68. I show up to get an appraisal and I say "I'm not meaning to be rude, but I refused an offer for 68 recently and won't entertain anything under 70. So please don't waste my time"....The nice girl said she would talk to her manager. After waiting around for 40 minutes or so, they come back at 65,387.67. LESS THAN THEIR ORIGINAL OFFER. What kind of math are these as*holes doing back there? I've never had an offer with loose change right of the decimal. It was insulting and I find it appalling these "businessmen" think it's good business to think their customers are foolish enough to not do the legwork of private sales. It's march 4th so I doubt they are concerned about inventory turns. Furthermore, I have had my truck serviced there for the two years I have had it. Last month I scheduled an appointment for a Monday after work (with a text message confirmation) and they told me I was a "no show" the Friday before. Seriously? This company represents the reason I am moving away from Springfield. This poor, poor town.

    My experience with Jeff wyler arena dodge was exceptional.the sales staff was amazing never pushy..kody got me in the truck I wanted..he was very knowledgeable had all the answers to my many questions..I will always do business with this place..kody went above and beyond my expectations was the greatest sales experience I've ever had...this was the third ram I purchased...first from here...but I promise it won't be my last.5 stars doesn't do justice for the level of honesty and salesman ship I received..thank you

    I just recently bought my second car from Wyler's and from Grady and it's always fun and easy to pick what the car I love and get the payment my wallet loves. Grady is passionate about helping people get what they want and will work tirelessly to do so. (He also makes hilarious videos!) This was my first time working with Josh Richardson and it won't be my last. He was smart, friendly and extremely helpful handling my trade in and helping me with financing. Finally I worked with Mike to finish my paperwork and he explained everything in terms the average person could understand and I found no hidden fees. Just honest and helpful hardworking people who are working for you. Honestly, everyone I ran into there was kind and helpful including Eric Powell, Jon Brown and Brian Lannon.

Both my wife's and my work schedule is very hectic. We drove over an hour to look at this one particular car and up until about an hour before the appointment this dealership was asking me to confirm the appointment (which I had already done) and I kept the salesman updated on when we would be there. As soon as we walked in things felt out of place and we were somewhat uncomfortable. The salesman was stalling and dragging the process out. We asked multiple times to see the vehicle and possible test drive it. We had a trade in that was getting appraised and I got tired of waiting and went out to the car we had planned to look at and purchase. It wasn't until then that I was told that the car had been sold. I understand that you have to sell but if you're so adamant on getting your customers to the dealership why can't you be transparent and let them know the vehicle you were looking at was sold? Very disappointed. I believe in earning business and trust and I felt like I was lied to the whole time.

The had several models and brands to choose from; Chevy, Toyota, Dodge, Hyundai, (more). Jason Norton reviewed all my needs and came up with a great vehicle choice. After we, Toyota team worked through the preliminary process, Isaiah Williams was very helpful and knowledgable in giving me an initial tour of the new vehicle, helped me set up and personalize my car (very patient), and was/will be willing to answer any questions then or in the future. Will definitely go back.
