I want to start by saying, for years, I have heard how bad Jeff Wyler is in Springfield, Ohio. I avoided looking at anything or doing any business there. That being said, I have noticed most newer cars driving around Springfield have the "W" emblem on the back of them. That shows me Jeff Wyler sells a lot of vehicles to people who live in and around Springfield. Springfield gets a bad rap so most of the larger businesses in it seem to get the same bad mouthing as it does. With that said, I recently purchased a vehicle from Jeff Wyler. The salesman that helped me was Rocky and he did a great job of getting me where I needed to be on price. Within a couple months of owning the vehicle a noise started under the hood, and I took it to Nate in the service department. The problem ended up being something that was not covered by the warranty I had. Nate worked hard with the sales team, and they were able to get my vehicle fixed at no charge. I am very grateful for the effort of service Jeff Wyler has provided me, and they will be getting all my future vehicle business. Their service depth SUCKS!!! I dropped my van off Thursday morning on June 25th. Thought I was getting it back that night. Left 2 messages during the day for status.. no response. No car back. Had to cancel Dr's appt this morning. Left text message at 8.30am Friday morning. No response. Left voice mail for service depth manager around 10.30am. No response. My daughter bought a 1984 Kia from a used car dealer in Springfield, Ohio. The car ran for a week, and it quit. She contacted the dealer and since she didn't spend an additional $900 for a warranty, they wouldn't help her. Since she no longer had transportation, she lost her job. We visited her in October and when researching her Kia, I discovered the Kia's VIN was part of a class action lawsuit for engine repair or replacement. My wife and I decided to stop at Jeff Wyler Kia in Springfield, Ohio on the 14th of October see if they would help my daughter. We spoke to Austin Nickell and explained the situation to him. We also told him that our daughter found another job, but she is walking a mile and a half to work along a busy 4 lane highway. Austin was very helpful and after talking to the service department he told us to have her car towed to their dealership and they would file a claim with Kia for her. She had the car towed to the dealership the next day. She left a message for Austin to call her, but he never did. I tried several times to contact Austin via his cell phone, but he wouldn't answer or return my call. I even left a message for a manager to call me, but no one contacted me. I ended up calling Kia Customer Service and they provided a case number for me to follow-up. I had to call Customer Service three times before they were able to talk to the dealership. The service department told them that the car never had a Knock Sensor Detection System installed and wasn't eligible to be repaired under the class action lawsuit. I have to assume they are being honest. Regardless of the lack of communications with the staff at Jeff Wyler Kia, I decided to buy a new Kia for my daughter. I called and spoke to another salesperson (anyone other than Austin) and told them that I wanted to buy a new car for my daughter. Gave the salesperson all the information to run a credit report and the car I wanted to buy. Within an hour I received a call from Austin. I let him know that I didn't appreciate him not returning my calls or my daughter's call. He told me that he was told to help the other salesperson since they were new. Austin promised to call me back within 30 minutes with all the numbers. Still haven't heard back from him! I left a message at the dealership that I wasn't happy with the staff for the way I was treated. Shortly afterwards, I received a call from a "floor manager". Gave him all the information and I'm still waiting for a call back. It's just as well because I will never buy anything from Jeff Wyer. We returned home to Alabama on the 15th of October thinking our daughter was in good hands, which is why I was communicating over the phone. read more

Just did a review with BBB on Jeff Wyler Auto Mall in Springfield Ohio. They have a 1.6 rating out of 5 with the BBB. I purchased my 2024 Kia Carnival September 30, 2023. To keep this short in a long, drawn-out situation that ended in Lemon law recall. My first time I tried to get service for a flat tire about one month later, Jeff Wyler charged full price instead of the pro-rated price per Kia new car policy. Then had vehicle towed 3 times by July 2024 along with numerous other mechanical and electrical issues. Jeff Wyler service is impossible to get ahold of even for the oil changes I paid for in advance. They refused to fix anything even as I started recording the issues, one being multiple misfires in cylinders 3 and 6. The only Kia dealership near me to fix these issues were Kia of Beavercreek. While dealing with Kia corporate on my first and last Kia, they fought hard to keep from calling this vehicle a lemon even after the BBB and Ohio attorney general stated it was a lemon. I would like to say that Sasha in service and Curtis Brown were my only positive contacts with Jeff Wyler Auto Mall in Springfield Ohio. VIN on lemon is KNDNC5H36R6362594. Still waiting on Jay Monahan at Jeff Wyler corporate to get back with me on my refund of the GAP money owed to me. Note that the vehicle was retuned March 5, 2025. I call and have left messages for him to return my call, but crickets are all I get. To be fair, Keith Collett, Stephanie Olnhausen and John Lemaster at Jeff Wyler Acura of Dayton have always provided quality service and professionalism, well the whole staff has always been that way with me in every dealing. Not happy! took my RAM to Wyler for a recall. Made the appointment 2 weeks in advance. The recall is to change the airbag actuator; says so right in the recall notice. I show up and the service tech says they may not have the needed part. A Two Week notice!! and they may not have the needed part!!! I told him to check the computer to see and I'll wait to see if the part is in stock. He said no I'll have to wait until the tech lets him know. I leave and 4 hours later they call to tell me they don't have the part. They'll have to order it and I'll have to come back. This is total incompetence BS. Wyler may be the only game in town but I'll go to another town before I put up with this BS. Ok, I'm editing this review. After my original review -above- went public, the service manager reached out to me to see if there's anything he could do to make it right. We agreed that I would try again and he would throw in a bit of an incentive to make it right. I have now had the recall taken care of and everything is good. I was treated well this time and I'll just chock it up the service coordinator having an off day. So, there you go; I'm happy and have changed the star rating to reflect as such. I was a long-time customer of Jeff Wyler, a Hyundai Accent and multiple Toyotas as well as a regular user of their service department for my 2013 Camry. I also need to purchase my 22 year old a new car. I will detail why this isn't going to happen at Jeff Wyler. This email concerns my 2013 Camry and why I have never and will never return to Jeff Wyler. On 28 March 2024, I brought my 2013 Camry in for service: oil change and tire rotation. I was told the oil didn't need to be changed but the tires would be rotated. They reset the service indicator. Two days later, 30 March 2024, the service indicator lit up again. My son and I checked the oil. It didn't register on the dipstick. We had to add three quarts of oil. I'm shocked the car still ran. The team at Jeff Wyler had the opportunity to check and change the oil. Instead, they reset the service indicator because "by mileage" my Camry didn't need an oil change. As a result, I was, who knows, how close to having a permanently seized up engine. I notified the service department multiple times during 2024 and their only reply was, "Thank you for providing this feedback. I'll pass this information along to my Service Manager for review. - Carmela Obrien". I received similar feedback each time I raised this complaint. Neither has the service manager nor anyone associated with Jeff Wyler reached out to me about this concern. Since the fall of 2024, I have taken the Camry for service elsewhere, had $5,000 worth of work done on it (previously done by Jeff Wyler, but I now use another shop), and we've also bought another vehicle. Instead of giving our continuing business to Jeff Wyler, we switched to Jeff Schmidt and bought a Mazda CX-5. Simply replying, multiple times that you will "pass this information along to [your] Service Manager" does not address my concern and will not earn you my business. I realize I'm just a drop in the revenue bucket, but I have taken my business elsewhere because of how Jeff Wyler handled this issue. You can pass this information along to the Service Manager. I would give more stars if I could, Bobby K and his team were fantastic. not only with the wrenching but also with the office work, and the customer service( answering phone calls, calling back, answering questions,etc...). I had a warranty on my truck motor that went bad and the warranty company was trying to push me around. I had been to another garage in my city that got frustrated with the warranty company continually asking for different POF, and they let me down. they weren't going to tear my head apart to prove something they said they already proved with other evidence. I took the truck to Jeff Wyler, I was hoping to find someone more capable of dealing with this warranty company, and better equipped to prove POF. That is exactly what I found when I got there. Bobby was very professional, he listened to my story and he said he does deal with the warranty and could provide the POF for them. he took charge and I left there without a worry one about the truck. I know Bobby spent countless time on the phone with this company where they tried to put him through the same rigmarole as they did the last garage I was at, but he stood with me and proved they were indeed wrong on their points. just so you can understand this back and forth went on with them for several months, but Bobby did not give up. Then, when I got my truck back it was running better than it did when I bought it. They even vacuumed it out, for which I was very grateful! I will tell you I have always been skeptical of mechanics and different garages but this team did a fantastic job. As a returning customer, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service, communication & my overall experience this time around. I purchased a brand new vehicle in 2020 from here & had such a great experience that I assumed it would be the same the second time around... I could not have been more wrong. We spent 4 1/2 hours there on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 looking at vehicles, getting approvals, etc... the vehicle we were interested in was at the Fairfield location & needed transferred to Springfield - no big deal! Our salesman, Kenny, promised us this vehicle for test drive by Friday - didn't happen but no big deal, things happen. He then promised us this vehicle Saturday morning & that we could keep it to test drive through the weekend - didn't happen. Monday, August 26th rolled around & at 10:30am I had not been contacted by anyone with an update on the transferred vehicle. So I called the dealership & asked to speak with a Sales Manager & got sent to his voicemail. So I texted & called my salesman, no answer initially, & when I received a call back from him, he told me the drivers took the van from the Fairfield location to the Kentucky location & left it there on Saturday evening. The salesman gave me every excuse & told me he was personally going to drive to Kentucky to pick up the vehicle because he can get the vehicle faster than any of the drivers they have & he would have the vehicle delivered to my house by Monday evening. After not receiving any updates for SIX HOURS I reach out once again for an update & the salesman told me he was stranded in West Chester because the vehicle transmission failed! Mind you, this vehicle only had 48,000 miles on it & somehow passed the service inspection on Friday. Of course I am beyond frustrated at this point so I call the dealership again & request to speak with a manager, get transferred to his voicemail again & then I tell my salesman I would like someone from management to reach out to me. Roughly an hour or so later, I spoke with Grady from management who went on & on about how sorry he is for the experience, lack of communication & that he wants to help get me into another vehicle. Here we are, Tuesday, August 27th after I shared my interest in another vehicle that I would like to test drive that needs transferred from their Cincinnati location & no van. I told my salesmen at 11:15am what vehicle I was interested in & after not receiving an update all day, I contacted him at 5:30pm asking for an update & was told there is no update because they haven't been able to get ahold of anyone at their other dealership. Seriously? No update after almost SIX HOURS? Do yourself & your time a favor & take your business where it will be prioritized & valued. Jeff Wyler Springfield will do nothing but give you excuses & a headache. my grandson bought a used car. I went with him as the co-signer. his GF went with us, also. It was a typical car buying interaction. we did the back and forth thing for a couple hours. Kyle was the sales person and he was very nice. My grandson signed up for the Auto-Pay plan. I had a few questions a couple of weeks later about the Auto pay so I called Kyle for help. he said he didn't know how it worked but he would find out and get back with me. he never got back to me. We were also promised he would receive 3 free oil changes as a courtesy. All 3 of us heard him say that. When my son called to schedule that service, he was told no, they weren't doing that. So I guess they made their sale and we're done with us!!! This was his first car buying experience. I had an amazing experience at Jeff Wyler Springfield! I could say easily, that this was far from any experience I've ever had at any car dealership. From the moment I walked I knew this is where I would be getting my car from. Kenny Malott was super efficient when it came to getting me what I wanted. Kenny was able to help me find the perfect car with everything I wanted, even if the car didn't have the feature I wanted he was able to make sure we would find something that worked. Next Grady was able to help me get a great deal. Then Curtis who was able to help me get in and out when signing paperwork. Lastly Joshua Render was able to help me get my app set up so I could utilize all the cool features. Do yourself a favor and NEVER go to Jeff Wyler for a car. I went to Jeff Wyler to purchase a new car on Saturday November 20th. I was excited because they had all three vehicles that I wanted to test drive. First - they never asked for my license or insurance. They did not have me sign a test drive form. I was slightly worried that if these two folks were that loosey goosey with the rules what else are they loosey goosey about? Turns out it was their ethics. The car I wanted was MSRP for 38,610 with Jeff Wyler's MSRP for 37,838. I am related to an employee I was supposed to receive a 2500 discount. I had 3,000 for a trade in, and 3,000 down. They came back with an offer of over 43,000. They told me it included the discount and it was the taxes and title that made it so expensive. They told me that the best they could do was 800 a month for 60 month loan or 600 for 84 months. After everything was said and done, the best offer was 590 for 84 months. I have a decent credit score 2nd or 1st tier depending on which credit report you look at. I should have qualified for a decent interest rate, They would not disclose the interest rate they found for me, how much the taxes were, documentation fee, or title fees. They used all high pressure sales tactics - scarcity, lying about how much their car payments were to make the 600 a month seem fair. They assured me my insurance would not go up much going from a 2009 to 2022 car. Without asking me, they added upgrades to the car and added it to the total price - including a blinking tail light that would cost me over 600.00. I asked them if we could look into getting a white car, and they told me it would so difficult to find another color. I would have to wait and there was no guarantee that it would be in a reasonable time. After we walked out of the dealership WITHOUT buying the car, they called and said they had found me a white car and could have it to the dealership by Monday. Imagine that! Then both the salespeople, Trish and Kenny, aggressively called and texted me trying to get me to come back. I finally had to block both of their numbers to get them to stop bothering me. Kenny even went to my relative and bothered her. He told her that he was just "Trying to get me back to earth on the cost of the car, that what I wanted was unreasonable." We went to another dealership the same day and got quoted 580 a month for 72 months with only 3500 down. 5500 dollars less than what we offered to put down at Jeff Wyler. Funny how unreasonable I am in thinking that math is a standard skill and has predictable results. Eventually I was so disgusted by this dealership I decided their was no way I could buy a Tuscon because I would always think of those horrible people, how they lied, and how they tried to take advantage of me. I ended up going to Matt Castrucci and working with a wonderful sales person who got me a wonderful brand new CRV EXL for 480 a month. I am moving and want to sell my RAM. I went in today to sell my 2021 2500 Limited after an online KB valuation. Fair trade in value was 68-75k. They texted me at about 8am and said "we would love to buy your truck! 66,000 cash offer". I figured the message was automated since I got a cash offer weeks earlier in Dayton for 68. I show up to get an appraisal and I say "I'm not meaning to be rude, but I refused an offer for 68 recently and won't entertain anything under 70. So please don't waste my time"....The nice girl said she would talk to her manager. After waiting around for 40 minutes or so, they come back at 65,387.67. LESS THAN THEIR ORIGINAL OFFER. What kind of math are these as*holes doing back there? I've never had an offer with loose change right of the decimal. It was insulting and I find it appalling these "businessmen" think it's good business to think their customers are foolish enough to not do the legwork of private sales. It's march 4th so I doubt they are concerned about inventory turns. Furthermore, I have had my truck serviced there for the two years I have had it. Last month I scheduled an appointment for a Monday after work (with a text message confirmation) and they told me I was a "no show" the Friday before. Seriously? Bought a used jeep two days after we take it home it is leaking oil badly. Turns out the oil pan is leaking two people in service tell me and my wife that it has a new pan but it wasn't properly installed by the service department there. Soon after we get home they call and ask me who is paying for the repair????? On a part they installed wrong???? On a vehicle I have had less than two days?!!! To make it worse the new pan won't be in for a week. Soooooo I have a new vehicle that we where excited about that we made plans to go out of town this weekend and I can't use. And I am not sure at this point that I am not going to pay for there incompetence. Wow!!!!!! It was an interesting experience to say the least. I went on a Thursday to inquire about trading in my car for a newer one. They couldn't find the car I had wanted because their system was down. After having me test drive a Kia Forte that I was not interested in in the slightest (I was there looking for a Hyundai Kona, so not even the same style vehicle) They ended up finding a comparable car and giving it to me for the same price as the one I originally wanted. I was told multiple times during my transaction that once their systems were back up, they could send someone to me with the paperwork since I lived an hour away from the dealership. I received a text the next day, while at a funeral that I told them I would be attending, asking if I could come the next day to fill out papers. I asked if they could bring them to me and was told I would've had to fill something out to be able to do that. I asked why we didn't do that while I was there and was told due to their system outage they couldn't, so I'm not sure why the option to have the papers brought to me was presented on multiple occasions. I went back a few days later and signing the paperwork took almost 2 hours even though everything was supposed to be ready when I arrived. I do really like the car I bought, but overall, this was a weird experience and I will be staying closer to Columbus for my next car purchase. read more

We took our car to Jeff Wyler for service because our usual dealer did not have any open availability for months - that should've been the first sign that something was wrong - we were able to get in here immediately, where everywhere else had a long backlog. That as it may be we were interested in getting our car fixed quickly as it was very close to breaking down. After dropping it off we were told a couple of days later that it would need an entirely new engine. Seemed a bit overkill for the noise it was making. They also said that since it was only 11,000 miles past the warranty that they'd see if Hyundai would honor the warranty and replace the engine at no cost. A couple of days later they called and said, no, it doesn't need a new engine, but there is oil leaking from the head gasket, so they'd have to replace that. We again agreed and they proceeded to complete the work. After that was complete they called and said, we took it for a test drive after replacing the head gasket and the check engine light came on. After further diagnostics they found that the water pump needed to be replaced as it was leaking - something it was NOT doing when we dropped the car off. And at this point we went from potentially getting a new engine at no cost to owing thousands of dollars in labor and parts charges. At this point we wondered how much was broken in the process of fixing the had gasket that we'd be responsible for paying to have fixed. Fortunately, nothing else was found. However, after the water pump was fixed they attempted to call us and we didn't get to the call in time and our voice mailbox was full, so they couldn't leave a message. We immediately called back and left a message with the service manager to call us back. Days went by and crickets. We then called again and left another voicemail with the service manager, again, days and crickets. We then called again with the intent of speaking with ANYONE! The operator said she was sorry no one had called us back and that she would personally deliver a note with our number to the service desk manager and he'd call us right back. Again, days and crickets. We then called one final time before we escalated this to dealership management or to the owner. We told the operator that we would not pay for labor, only parts, as it was ridiculous that no one was calling us back. Astonishingly, we got a call back from the service manager that same day saying the car was ready for pickup. When we went to pick the car up we explained the communication issues to the director of service, who then blamed it on the phone system. He said he didn't have an answer for the lack of calling us back from the notes that were given to the service department. And on top of that, the technician who checked us out said "Hmm, this thing has been here a while", yeah, no joke, wonder why?! And then he said, "Oh, looks like you got a new engine". We were like "huh?" Further review revealed that all they had done was the original work they quoted, a head gasket replacement and a water pump - far cry from a new engine. And to put a cherry on top of that, when I handed him the credit card, he said "Wow, that's a lot of money for one credit card!" That's always refreshing to hear from someone you're about to pay! First, I wouldn't give you the card if there wasn't enough credit on it for your INFLATED charges, and in my own opinion, questionable business practices (e.g. needing a water pump that wasn't leaking when we took it in). Second, you'll never see this card or us again! Bottom line is their communication is horrible. Pointing fingers at technology for lack of communication and not even knowing what had been done on the car. Our final bill was pretty sizeable, so you would think that they could have at least run our car through a carwash - NOPE! And just that alone speaks volumes as to the type of service you'll get here, or not! It's the little details that matter and if I had walked to the car and found it had been washed it would've taken just a tiny bit of the sting away, but instead it felt like salt AND lemon juice on this fresh wound!!!! I had brought my Jeep in for service and when I went to pick it up it had not been repaired correctly. I drove it away and it started making a new louder noise under the hood. The top radiator hose had sucked shut. I had them change all the fluids when it was there. They were able to get me back in quickly. It seemed like the mechanic had been in a hurry. The engine cover was not placed back correctly and there was antifreeze all over the engine compartment. When I complained they offered a discount on my next service. Well... I won't be back. I will be doing all my own service from here on out. read more

Been buying my cars here since I was 16 years old. Tom Loney is a stand up no nonsense salesman. He has never hesitated to tell me when I am in over my head and chasing dreams. Kept me grounded and in great cars for a long time. From a sales standpoint they have some good people who know their business on staff. I highly recommend asking for Tom though! Would be your best option. Service department is a bit rough though. I do not believe I have had a good experience with them. I typically have my repairs and work done elsewhere due to incredibly high prices for standard upkeep and don't like having to have things redone when they should have been done right the first time. When they argue and lie about things it makes it hard to believe them when it comes to their "professional opinion" Having things detailed there, your better off grabbing a garden hose at the house and doing it yourself. So if your looking to buy a car, they are worth a shot! Anything else, I recommend going somewhere else. read more

. Sold me $10,000 in extra warranties on a 2021 with 14k miles. Told me could cancel them all within 30 days if getting them. Went back 2 days later and then told me I could only cancel some of them and I had to keep the others. So for a $32,000 car I walked out of the dealership with $43,000 in debt. Worst experience ever was the fact they sold it with bent rims. Was not disclosed with me but service knew about it but the sales people did not. Took a month for them to fix it, then after that they gave me the same tires after they said they would fix the rims and tires since I had the wheel and rim protection. They went as cheap as possible on the rims to save them some money read more

Never ever do business with Jeff Wyler!! I can't give a negative star rating because if I could, trust me, I would!! They sold my husband and I a lemon in 2017 and that car nearly caused several accidents last summer and I am terrified to get behind the wheel of it anymore because I don't know what is going to happen with it next!! The only thing that they keep telling me to do is call GM! Well, my answer to that is NO! THEY sold me the car and THEY are going to take care of the problem! I have turned them into the BBB, AutoBBB and have contacted an attorney! Just save yourself a HUGE headache and find another dealership in the Miami Valley/Tri-State area to sell you a car! Jeff Wyler Chevrolet was a complete joke, went in to buy a 2019 Equinox and they tried to sell me a totally different Equinox and because I didn't want what they tried to force me to take, then all of a sudden they didn't have financing. They were nothing but a bunch of liars and cheats. They don't want to sell cars they would prefer to waste people's time. It would be best you stop treating people like we are stupid, I know what you were doing in your glass office, it sure isn't working. Absolute worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I was purchasing a 2014 Silverado 1500, my sales agent was Jason Rinehart and everything was going incredibly smooth at the start. We communicated back and forth all day on Wednesday, August 23rd, in which we came to terms on financing and by 2:30 pm Thursday we had sealed the deal for me to travel from Louisville, Kentucky to the Springfield location on Friday morning. Jason tried to upsell ceramic coating, which was fine, and I respectfully declined. Thursday evening, I asked if they'd be able to take the truck to the Clarksville, Indiana location as it is also a Jeff Wyler. Jason told me that they could do this but it wasn't a guarantee that if would be here by Friday, but that he would let me know for sure first thing Friday morning. That wasn't a big deal. Come Friday morning, no text or call was sent to me, so I sent over a text to Jason about an update around 11 that morning. By 12:15 I still had not received a reply so I text him again, finally getting a response around 12:35 saying "Got some bad news man. Needed a safety inspection this morning and found 2 holes in frame. We can't sell this. Horrible". This instantly infuriated me as I was supposed to drive 3 hours away for a truck that hadn't been inspected in the two days we worked on coming to a deal. I stressed my frustration in the lack of professionalism in which Jason never responded. I called the location around 2:00pm to ask if they do inspections before their vehicles are put on the lot, the response I received was "Absolutely sir, we inspect every vehicles before putting them for sale on our lot, they go through a 162 point inspection before we post them for sale." I double verified if that was before they listed them and that agent stated that it was. I then asked why the purchase I was making did not go through inspection when the agent quickly backtracked and said the inspections are completed before driven off the lot, which made me question what kind of training the individuals have or if they all just lie to make a sale. I then was forwarded to Josh Richardson, which is where I stated my case and Josh said that he had just arrived at work and don't know what was going on. He said he was going to go find out what happened and promised me that he would give me a call once he spoke with the service department. I'm still waiting on that phone call back. All in all, I have pulled out of buying a vehicle at the Springfield location as they have shown nothing but terrible customer service, absolutely no care in resolving problems, and point blank lies made to individuals to either make a sale or to brush off their own mistake. I wouldn't advise anyone to walk into that facility thinking they're not going to be taken advantage of by a salesman who will flat out lie to you to make a sale. read more

Can't give negative stars , have had nothing but issues on a used 2006 Nissian that the super sales team promised was checked out and in good running shape. Less than a month later and 400 miles it needed tie rod ends and ball joints, then it needed an alternator, battery speed sensor and still isn't working right the air filter was so clogged when i took it for an oil change it was ridiculous , they have been helping a bit but this vehicle should of never been sold in this condition. read more

AAA+++ is what I give this shop on my recent visit.I went to jeff wyler to have my car fixed that had been fixed by a different dealer shop.The other shop had botched the job badly and i was so unhappy with this other shop When I arrived at Jeff Wyler I met with Dave Detrick..He looked at the car with me and listened and he is a good represenitive for the dealership..He then assured me they could fix the car.The young guy that worked on my car did a great job..I didnt get his name but he worked his magic on my car..Thank you Jeff Wyler team...You showed me there are still people who care...and a special thank to the young man who worked on my car.......(a year later)well their wonderful job was a snow job.Instread of painting car they gave it a wax job.buyer beware! This review is for Jeff Wyler Auto Mall Springfield, Ohio, Chevrolet Service Department (JWAMSOCSD). Made a 10:00 AM appointment for a Takata Airbag replacement. Was told the service would take about two hours. Planned my day and my ride accordingly. Got there early, signed in by 9:48 AM. Was told then that the service would take about 4 hours. Re-arranged my day and ride accordingly. After waiting on a call for about 5 hours, called the Service Department at 2:56 PM, was told "Let me go check, I'll call you back." No call back. Re-arranged my day and ride accordingly. Went to JWAMSOCSD about 3:30 PM, was told the technician had the ticket, but had not started the work. We were also told the Service Advisor had told us the truck would be available by "End of Day". No such words were spoken to us at all. We were told the work would take about an hour. Re-arranged my day and ride accordingly. Called at 4:28 PM, was told the work was completed, paperwork needed to be completed. We finally got the truck at 4:41 PM. Why would I make a 10:00 AM appointment for a one-hour job if the work was not going to be started until 3:30 PM? Why would I agree to pick up my truck at 6:00 PM when they close at 6:00 PM? The Service Department is not open on the weekends, and this all occurred on a Friday. Why did the Service Technician have to lie to us about this "End of Day" junk when my wife and I both clearly heard him say the job would take about 4 hours? I re-arranged my day and ride to match up with this 4-hour estimate. I am very disappointed in JWAMSOCSD, and the way they treat their customers. And to think, I passed up two closer Chevrolet dealerships that could have done the work. Not again, I won't. read more

Purchaed a HHR from there lot and they charged 900.00 for a safety pulse brake light that they did not install. Vechical was low on coolant and oil causing it to overheat. Engine check light came on six days after the purchace for evap issues. I have purchased 5 vechicals in the past 8 years. Will never buy from them again! read more

Chevy Service is very slow and they do not answer their phone. I had my car towed in on a Wednesday eve. they said it would be done on Friday. I did not hear anything. finally I called Chevy service at Jeff Wyler Springfield on Monday and could not get through because they would not answer their phone 2 days in a row and they did not answer their phone. Tuesday I tried again same thing! I was finally disconnected when they tried to transfer me both days. Finally I left a message with the receptionist and received a call a few hours later. I had to ask how the repair was going and was told it was done. When I showed up to pick up my car the cashier was not at her desk. We waited 15 Min. finally someone had to call her to come help us. I think I will take my Vehicles to Urbana from now on. read more
