I'm glad I went to see it as the CarFax didn't disclose the total of the aesthetic damage to the car but came out of the test drive liking most of what I'd seen. I then spoke numbers with (who I assume is) the sales manager, Mitch. I told him I needed a day or two to think about it, and that I'd very likely have a check on his desk within a week's time. I left excited. The morning of the second day, Saturday, I get a text from a sales associate telling me that the car had been sold out from under me. No call, no text that there was interest on the car and that I needed to act now. Nothing. I understand that they're a business and their business is to turn over cars and make money- the staff was friendly, and the sales manager was straight forward- this chain of events does not inspire confidence. How is someone to have any faith in a making a deal when words were broken with communication wayy late. I'm disappointed.

Immediately after we shook hands the sales person said the were going to some extra stuff to the truck to get it ready for me (failing to mention they were going to charge me for all of it and not give me the option to decline). When I went to sign the paperwork the monthly payment and price were higher then what the sales person and I had shook on.. I mistakenly assumed this was because I added Gap Insurance. I did not find out until I received the title that they charged me a whole $5k more than I agreed to pay for the truck.... Please, do not give these people your business. They do not deserve it. They are scammers and will try to take advantage of you at ever turn. They do not care about their customers. Period.
