My 2023 F250 went in for repairs (referred by State Farm) after an accident and let me just start by saying... cost-wise, there was more damage to the truck when I got it back than there was originally from the accident!! Proof is in the pictures. They damaged my $6,000 vinyl wrap and chipped the paint by using a screwdriver to pry off the old fender and then denied it, F-250 emblem was scuffed and bent from being slid across the pavement after removal, one bolt completely missing and one loose causing the fender to flap around in the wind, NONE of the panels or body lines were aligned, mudflap bolts left loose, scratch in new fender, etc. Addressed these issues with them, and the manager attempted to mess with it himself and literally broke my mudflap while I was standing there watching him and then tried to play it off, he held pressure on it to get it to stay and acted like nothing happened. All I had to do was go over and kick the running board halfway back and the mudflap fell right off. REALLY?? The truck has since been back 4 separate times for them to attempt to correct these issues, and they are still not resolved. Keep in mind, this is a work truck for my business, so it costs me at least a day's work (and income) each time. Now they are refusing to pay for the wrap, and they are not returning my calls. With all of this, the wrap they essentially asked me to commit insurance fraud by telling state farm "the wrap damage happened in the accident," and the trim pieces that they broke they submitted through my insurance without notifying me. My point of contact was the regional operations manager for SWFL. Let that sink in... the regional OPERATIONS MANAGER. Not just a store manager. Absolutely horrible. DO NOT bring your vehicles here.

Our insurer, State Farm called the Honda Dealer in Bradenton (which does not have its own auto body…read moreshop) for recommendations. This was their first choice. So glad they suggested this team. Our brand new (700 miles) car was rear ended by a Ford F150 at 45 mph (along with 5 other vehicles - we were first). While the exterior damage doesn't look that bad, the wheel was destroyed, rotor was wrapped around our bent suspension, and the total exceeded $8,000. The insurance company received their estimate the next day, and authorized most of the genuine Honda new parts, but substituted several less expensive after-market parts. The manager, Adam, called me to express his dissatisfaction with ANY after-market parts and suggested I call the insurer. After a quick call to our agent, State Farm approved the entire list. I received weekly update calls along the 6-week process of ordering parts, back orders, delivery delays etc... We got our car back in mint condition, still missing (back ordered) an interior trim piece. We returned for a quick hour snd they replaced that too. The staff was so friendly, service was consistently excellent, and we heartily recommend these folks for any repair job!
