Poor quality work. Went in for from en damage and paint quality was the worse. Brought it in to redo paint on it and when I got it back still not right. From end was put in wrong does not look like how I brought it in looks worse. No point in brining it in again and loose my car for another week. Going to just live with the poor quality of work and for choosing them. Was told I would get a call back to make it right and it's been weeks. They just don't care once they are paid for work: I guess you get what you pay for and that's cheap paint and labor. read more

We've always had a great experience at Caliber. Not only do they fix our car's issues, but they go the extra mile - such as taking off an old sticker when I mentioned having to remove it. Most recently, they replaced a low-beam light bulb that had gotten burnt out in a fixture they're recently replaced - fixing the light bulb for free. Service was great! I worked with Nema, Jose, and Christina. All of them were approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star was because my lights were flickering fast and that wasn't the case when I first brought my car in. When I had called in immediately after I picked up my car, they said they couldn't see it until the next day even though they didn't close for another 2 hours and I was already down the block but they still told me to come back the next day which was a huge inconvenience being that I had to reschedule my work meetings when I already had to do that the day of pick up. Once I came in the next day, Jose was very empathetic and was able to fix the problem. The light bulb wire wasn't plugged all the way and it took them 5-10 minutes to fix it. Sometimes its isn't just about the result but the effort that was made. I had a very unusual circumstance. The grille from my Infiniti QX-50 was special. Factory option package where the grille is muted chrome to match black wheels. The problem was this part doesn't exist on the Infiniti parts list. I know I tried to find it myself. I could not. Caliber went above and beyond trying to get me this grille to have my car look factory. I think they ordered 8 different grilles from Infiniti. Sadly 1 grille showed up muted but it was cracked in the shipping. The grille was not Calibers fault. They don't make the parts; they just order them. Caliber still went out of there way to make me happy because of this grille debacle. They gave me a great deal on the work they did which was good work. To the people leaving bad review on quality of work they must just like to complain. I didn't like an aspect of the work that was done. I politely pointed it out and Caliber corrected it. They ask you if you are happy with the work and go over it with you and have a guarantee to make it right and they go out of there way to make sure you are happy. Maybe people should take the energy of complaining on Yelp and instead politely ask Caliber to make things right. I don't see any reviews where they refused to do that. I have had to come to grips that my car will not ever look factory. That's because I drove into the back of car not because caliber did bad work. Can I tell the car isn't exactly the same as when I bought it - yes. Does it looks great though - YES! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. I got my catalytic converter from my Prius stolen in January 2023. I've been working with Caliber Collision for months now and my experience with them has been great. From the beginning, this location was able to get me in to look at my car when others had 1+ month wait. I now had to get my car towed and Caliber Collision was able to schedule that for me (my insurance stated that their company does it by queue and I needed my car towed ASAP). I've been working with Daniel and his customer service is A+. In addition to their great staff, I also get text updates on the back order. Getting your catalytic converter stolen puts you in a sucky situation but I'm glad this Caliber Collision is taking care of my car. read more

This review is overdue; I guess I wanted to see how the repairs held up. It's been about eight months and the work is great. I was hit in my right rear quarter panel, plus my rear bumper had taken a little damage over the years and looked shabby. Insurance covered the panel, and Caliber worked with me to personally pay for a refurbished bumper (my car is a 10 year old Avalon). They painted the right side and bumper (I didn't want to pay extra for the whole car, which still looks very good) and except for being a little shinier and 'prettier', the repaired areas match exactly with the rest of my vehicle. The work was done quickly, and they sent regular texts to let me know how things were progressing. I would absolutely return here (Angela St) if needed and highly recommend this Caliber location. read more

*Zero stars not even one but the app doesn't let me *** I had a car accident and my insurance sent me to this location. They did the worst job ever. They kept the car for a month and after a month i received the car with all mechanical issues from the accident unfixed (maybe not even looked at). They literally return the car to me with bent wheels, broken suspensions, broken springs, and broken bearings. Also, the car alignment of the wheels were off. I returned the car to the shop 4 times and every time I go, they only fix one thing at the time. Even though it was their issue not fixing the car, they refused to give me a rental car and had to pay for a rental of my pocket/ Here I am 4 months after the accident and still dealing with car accident related issues that should have been caught week one when the car was in the shop. read more

These guys are horrible at their job. Unfortunately, it was a recommended body shop from the insurance! They fucked up my car left things underneath chips underneath did not paint the car correctly fucked up the vehicle they left overspray on the corner of my windshield windshield trim, my mirror, front passenger quarter panel Unprofessional was delayed by multiple days and the paint and sanding job on the vehicle. Looks like it was done by kids this is supposed to be a professional body shop and it looks like shit I highly do not recommend going to them. They will fuck up your vehicle worse than it already is you're better off going to the flea market to paint your car. read more

I brought my car in for minor repairs to the passenger door and it took an entire 2 whole weeks to get the parts needed to repair. After I was told that my parts were being ordered I was then contacted by the shop to come in and get an estimate? Umm yeah I already did and thought we were waiting for parts. Now it's going to take an extra 2 weeks for the repair, wondering if CC is in collusion with Enterprise as I was consistently asked if I was going to need a rental, why does the body shop care if I need a rental? Are you going to fix it faster? OR take longer?? The longer they have your car, the longer you have a rental. Mind you this is for a very minor dent in one door. I've been impressed with the quality of service received from other CC shops but probably will not return. read more

I was referred here by my insurance company after an accident. The service here is the best I've had with any car shop. It was difficult to find time to drop my car off since they operate the same hours that I work, however they were very flexible with when I could drop my car off. During the inspection, I brought up a two large but minor scratches that were not caused by the accident, that I wanted them to take a look at. They told me that they would have to look into it and give me a quote since it was not covered by my insurance. A few days later, they followed up with me to let me know they were beginning the repairs on my car and they would fix the other damages without additional charge as a customer courtesy! They estimated that the repairs would take about a week to finish but they will try to get my car done within 2 days (no guarantees) once they actually began the repairs. And I had not requested that they rush fix my car either. I was completely fine with waiting a week. Surprisingly, they did finish my car within the two days! But I told them I was unable to pick up my car until the following week (car was ready on a Friday and I didn't make arrangements to pick up). Caliber Collision was nice enough to offer to deliver my car to my apartment which I didn't know was even an option since no other car shop has offered this to me before. Since my fiance is currently working from home, he was able to receive the car. TLDR; Highly recommend Caliber Collision! Service is great and they keep you updated while your car is in the shop. read more

Everyone has their A-game on, and it wasn't that fake nice...they all had empathy and were very professional and understanding! Marlon was the mechanic who ordered the part for my car that needed repairing, Iris the adjuster who took a look at my vehicle was very nice and efficient, the ladies at the front desk were personable and professional, and the GM Manny, rocks! I was referred to Caliber Collision after someone hit my parked car and damaged my front bumper and a bit of the hood. I had email updates as they worked on my car, which was great. My car was fixed in about three days. My problem was, sure- partially my fault for not cleaning out my car, but I did not expect for anyone to dig around my trunk or my middle console and take cash and products from me. When it was my front bumper that needed fixing. It's never ideal to go somewhere you feel you should trust with your car only to lose even more! read more

Someone backed into my car and the front grill was cracked. We went through insurance and were told to go to Caliber Collision for the repair. Before then, I never even realized they were there, but now I won't forget! The front office was set up perfectly for social distancing with plastic barriers and everyone wearing masks. Everyone at the shop was very good at maintaining six feet of distance. Manny came out and looked at the car. He explained that replacing the grill would be a little more difficult because he had to realign the sensors in front. He walked around the car and mentioned all of the little preexisting scuffs and dings that he was marking down on the form so there would be no confusion later. He was very communicative and open. Two signatures from me and we were done. He promised to give me a call when he had a better idea of the timeline. I received a call that day with details on what repairs needed to be done, how long it would take to get parts, etc. He informed me upfront that insurance would require a refurbished part first and I agreed. The car was ready on time as promised. In fact, he called me first thing in the morning to tell me I could pick up. When I went to pick up, he told me that he used an original factory part instead because it was going to take too long to get the refurbished part. There was no extra cost to me. He delivered on time and above expectations! The car looks great. I couldn't ask for anything more. read more
