The (faulty) sensors - short story: I went back there 3 times plus 2 times to a Subaru dealer, who said - "they did a poor job here - one sensor not working and 3 of the 4 holders crooked." This after having to pay $180 dollars for Subaru's diagnostics, and around $700 to fix it, which State Farm agreed to cover the majority while I'd pay $163 dollars. The verdict: - Great paint job (customer service too) - Headache, wasted time/gas & stress for a half-done job - Extra 850 dollars (on top of my 1k deductible) - Using my insurance again to cover their half-done job - A dusty car with overspray on the back window

When we got it back, the door didn't open, the window didn't open, the door panel was missing bolts so you can lift on it, the amount of bondo and missing body lines was so bad, they ruined the headliner and on top of that they got mad when we confronted them in front of customers and kicked us out. When I went back they had the cops waiting for me and when I went in I got kicked out it before even getting to talk to the manager. We went above them and started a dispute and got the money back since it was absolutely all of their fault and crappy business practice. You'd be better off spray painting your car in the back yard than taking it to these hacks. Avoid Bruce's like the flu!

They also took the time to explain things for a second time after having just spoken with my husband earlier on the phone. They made time to fix a minor problem, the air conditioning. On the way out we talked to two of the mechanics, wishing us a Happy Thanksgiving, and learned they also checked all of the cars fluids and made sure they were taken care of. I could tell we weren't the only happy customers because there were gifts on the counter from other happy patrons. I can't recommend them enough.
