I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. and expected a smoother process, but my experience was disappointing. I have visited more than four times and still have not received a follow-up call or clear update. During my appointment, I waited around 25 minutes even though I was there only for an estimate. Communication and customer service could be improved significantly. I worked with Sarah Roland, who was supposed to answer me back. But no reply and very unprofessional , but overall the process felt slow and unorganized. I hope the management reviews their scheduling and follow-up procedures so future customers receive timely updates and better service.

I could not recommend the team at Caliber Collision in Dublin more wholeheartedly!…read more We were side swiped during a hit and run on the freeway on Valentine's Day. Our 2 and 4 year old kids were with us. Needless to say, we were shaken by the situation. When I called Caliber Colission to see about fixing the damage to our car, Felisa was the first person I interacted with. She was kind and supportive. She even helped guide through part of the insurance process with her depth of experience. Felisa provided timely updates through text and was always happy to answer any questions along the way. I ended up visiting with the manager, Matt, while I was there. He was down to Earth and said he had years of experience being a mechanic himself before becoming a manager. His skill shined through when I called to ask about a rattling sound after my car was repaired. He genuinely wanted to figure out the cause of the noise. He thought it could be an obscure nut in the trunk often left out during one of the contracted tire alignments. He was right! My car ended up back in this great team's care two days after I got it back from the first repair. Rear ended at a red light! Of course this all happened while there were several other storms going on in life at the same time. Without a second's thought, I called Felisa. Thanks to Felisa's exceptional communication and care they got my care back to me the same day!! They even thoroughly washed and detailed the inside of my car after the repair! Again, I am highly recommending this team. They are all down to Earth and genuinely care, which is hard to find sometimes these days! Hopefully we won't need to see them again anytime soon, but it feels so nice to know they are there if we do.

Very communicative throughout the process - texts, phone calls. Someone always answered the phone. The woman at the front desk was always so kind to my young kids and gave them stickers. And then my car -- WOW. I truly felt like I got a new car. Not only the actual work they did on the outside of the car -- the paint looked beautiful, it really looked brand new, but also they detailed the inside of my car, which I was not expecting at all. I was actually embarrassed because the inside of my car was quite messy. They deep cleaned the cup holders, managed to get the make up stain that's been on my steering wheel for years off, and even got the melted crayon out of the backseat door handles that my kids like to store things in... Truly top of the line service in every way. I will never go anywhere else.

After my car was inspected, I didn't hear any follow up for 2 weeks. I had to call the office to find out the person inspected my car was out on family emergency. However, nobody in office knows who was his customers. They also couldn't find the pictures he took. I then worked with Sharlene, whom asked me to go to the shop the second time to take pictures of the damage. After taking pictures, Sharlene said she would order the parts needed for the repair and scheduled me for dropping off the car in another 2 weeks. 3 days before that drop off appointment I called the office to check the status, they couldn't find my appointment! I asked to speak with Sharlene on the phone, she said they're too busy to check the status of the parts. I then called the headquarters and the lady contacted the location and told me that "we actually have to take it apart and then order the parts." So, apparently Sharlene didn't order any parts for my repair and she made me wasted another additional 2 weeks waiting. After one month of waiting and visited the shop two time to get pictures taken, nothing has been done. This repair store doesn't value customer's time and the staffs are very irresponsible. I am taking my car to different shop. I am also disappointed for this kind of business practice exists in the area.

They closed the insurance claim without our approval/satisfaction, so now we have to reopen a claim and go through weeks of processing. I had to take my car there 4 times and each time they claimed that "they fixed the issue", only for it to not look any different and the headlight still facing the floor. Another 'amazing' customer experience with them -- I picked my car up one of the many times we took it back, I turned it on and there was NO gas in my tank. This would've been fine if they TOLD me before leaving it out in front of the shop, but they didn't say a word. I had to walk to the nearby Safeway, ask people coming by if they had a gas can, walk back, and fill up my tank enough to get to the gas station with my car. Absolutely ridiculous. The one nice thing I can say about them is that they thoroughly detailed my car before giving it back the first time. That was very nice. Despite that, avoid this an auto body repair shop at ALL costs.

He went above and beyond to help us with the repair, and his dedication to making sure everything was taken care of was truly appreciated. The repair was originally expected to take eight days, but to my surprise, they had it completed in just five days! They even detailed the car and cleaned the inside of the windshield, which was a wonderful finishing touch. This will definitely be my go-to shop for any future repairs. When I picked up my car, that part of the job hadn't been done. I called Josh, and after several attempts, I finally got through. I've also made 5 calls and left several messages and spoken with the receptionist multiple times, but I still haven't received a single update or return call. This has been extremely frustrating. I've now been to this shop three times, and each time the service itself has been excellent. Unfortunately, the follow-up has been the complete opposite. I understand that this issue isn't generating additional revenue for the shop, but I'm still a customer and deserve the same level of communication and service after the repair as I did during it. At this point, I just want someone to follow through on what I was promised.

He was professional, patient, and transparent--answering every question I had without being dismissive. He immediately put me at ease during a very stressful process. Because B&S is a Kia-certified facility, they knew exactly how to handle a brand-new model. They performed a proper teardown and followed factory-standard procedures that the previous shop ignored. Their thoroughness uncovered $17,000 in additional structural damage, including a compromised B-pillar and floor pan. While the car was ultimately determined to be a total loss, I am incredibly thankful for their honesty. If it weren't for Kaleb and the expert technicians at B&S, I might have ended up in a "repaired" vehicle that was structurally unsafe for my children. If you want a shop that prioritizes factory-certified safety over just "capturing the job," go to B&S Hacienda and ask for Kaleb. They are true professionals who advocate for the customer.
